Profitez de la plage privée de Henlopen Acres, parcourez les rues calmes et ombragées à vélo, promenez-vous ou nagez dans le parc du cap Henlopen, ou assoyez-vous simplement sur le toit-terrasse pour admirer l'océan. Location,Location,is awesome. Nice home fits are family needs. We just love being in the acres so private. Close to Beach and downtown. This is one of are favorite places to rent. Always enjoy are stay. Coldwell Banker always are very helpful and polite and if you have any issues they take care of it ASAP. We just are happy staying there.

We spent another wonderful week at the beach. Our group loves the house and the location. We have been renting this house for at least 5 years and hope to continue our yearly week rental in September. Great time of the year to spend a week at the beach; kids are back to school and the town is very laid back at this time.

My family has stayed at this house for years because we love the location. This year there were 3 pages of rules and regulations that were sent prior to our arrival, which were not welcoming. Upon arrival it was obvious that one of the bathrooms had not been cleaned, the toilet was covered with mold. We think an entire room was missed in the cleaning process. Also, each year we mention that the refrigerator in the kitchen doesn't work properly, but it has not been fixed. The house works really well for us, and we love the beach. We just wish we felt more welcomed in the neighborhood. We love Rehoboth.
