Die Zimmer & der Pool waren sehr sauber & gut ausgestattet. Man kann gut zu Fuß zu Restaurants, Supermärkten, Stränden gehen …

All was very good and near the Beach that is good.
There was no Restaurant and no food service to the Room. Some time the power went of and then it’s getting hot. The generator if on has not a nav power to make the AC going in the Room.

Lovely hotel! The whole hotel was very clean, the rooms were huge and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The pool was beautiful and the view from the rooftop was great. It was walking distance from the beach and main road restaurants. Excellent value for money

We enjoyed our super big room with balcony - traveling with baby we accepted this place as safe.
Pool is also great. Wife loved hot water in shower.

The best place to stay in Mirissa, beautiful rooms, beautiful pool, the kindest staff ever. Super close to the supermarket and the beach but quiet enough to feel so relaxed. We loved it so much we extended to 5 nights and it was still hard to leave! Can’t wait to return.

The room wasn’t what I saw on pictures. The hotel didn’t offer breakfast as the kitchen was nonfunctional

Location is good, short walk from the main street. We really liked our room - balcony, bathroom, sofa, confy bed and table. It was spacious and better than expected. Guy at the reception was very friendly and nice to talk to :) Everything was clean and pool was a nice bonus.
As already written, internet was weak in the room. There were no breakfast options, there is no common area.

Staff was really nice and the room was good for our group👍🏻 Pool was nice and the whole place was clean.
There was no cleanig so room got little dirty overtime but it wasn’t issue for us.

Quiet location only 5 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes to nearest supermarket/cafe/restaurant. We had the 4 bedroom villa, 3 rooms had aircon. We loved the wildlife - kingfishers, peacocks, monkeys and more just lovely sitting in the garden watching it all.
Area around the swimming pool was not ideal if you wanted to sunbathe - beach only 5 minutes walk

The best accommodation we stayed in in Sri Lanka. Room's got everything you want: spacious, high ceiling, balcony, massive bed with lots of pillows, kettle and a good shower. The pool is a great place to relax and cool down during the day. Close to pretty much everything in Mirissa, about a 7 minute walk to the beach. Least amount of mosquitos out of all the places we stayed in in Sri Lanka.
- Does take a bit of time for the room to cool down because of the high ceiling and spacious room. But you can open the balcony door and the front door to let some breeze through during the day.
- No space by the pool for sunbeds to lounge on in the sun, but they have chairs and an inflatable sunbed for the pool.
- We requested them to do our laundry which they did but one of the staff charged us LKR 2000 in the end which we thought was too high.
