Ce condominium joliment décorée et entièrement rénové est de 986 pieds carrés sur un seul niveau qui comprend deux chambres et deux salles de bains. Les lits comprennent un lit king-size de luxe, deux lits jumeaux de luxe pouvant être convertis en 1 lit king-size et un canapé-lit queen-size de luxe dans le coin salon. Le salon dispose d'un foyer au gaz et l'unité dispose de trois nouveaux téléviseurs LCD à écran plat, et WI-FI. New rondelle pleine taille empilé et sèche-linge dans l'unité.

La cuisine gastronomique récemment rénové dispose de toutes les commodités de la maison, y compris de nouveaux appareils et des comptoirs en granit. Un barbecue à gaz est sur le pont à côté de la salle à manger.

Nous sommes situés sur le niveau d'un immeuble de 3 étages au sol, facile pour le chargement et le déchargement de votre matériel. Notre unité a un accès direct à la piscine extérieure qui est chauffée à plus de 100 degrés en hiver et 88 degrés agréable en été. This property has a lot going for it - but in spite of that, we won't be back. The condo is spacious, well furnished and decorated, has a terrific amount of cooking/kitchen supplies, and is in an amazing location. The beds were surprisingly comfortable too. The staff (Nathan) at check-in was terrific and went above and beyond for us. But we were entirely displeased with the fact that this "no-smoking" unit was clearly once inhabited by a heavy or long-term smoker. The smell of it hit us as soon as the door was opened. No amount of Febreeze or candles (thank you for trying Nathan) helped for more than a few minutes. As a family with allergies to smoke, this caused both of our children to be especially afflicted. After the first night our younger daughter was crying that her throat was burning and that she got dizzy when she sat up. Within a few minutes of being back outside (we left to get breakfast) she was feeling fine again. This repeated each night of our stay. Our older daughter began being affected by the second of our three night stay. I believe that the furnishings (couch, carpet, draperies) need to be replaced, or professionally steam-cleaned to begin to address these issues. It's bad. The other problem, which piggy-backs the first, is that none of the windows have screens. So while we left the windows open to get as much fresh air as possible, that also meant we had flying insects. If these are not issues for you - you will love this place. It really is (other than those issues) a gem.

Had an amazing long weekend with my wife and another couple! We cooked/grilled a lot and the kitchen was well suited for us. There was even enough room for all 4 of us to work mornings. The proximity to the lifts was amazing. Helpful hint, skip the gondola lines and head over to Riva Bahn Express!

Location was perfect! Extremely well stocked kitchen. Fridge had given out just before our arrival and the staff did a great job of getting a replacement and providing ice and a cooler for anything we had upon arrival. Staff was very prompt in responding to any needs. The only feedback is it gets rented out in parts therefore the bedrooms are keyed separately. We had a very close call not knowing this with our 2 month old almost getting locked in a bedroom in the middle of the night when the wind blew the door shut and my husband couldn’t get back in. Thankfully I was in there with her. Management apologized and brought the other key over right away the next morning. Overall a fabulous stay and a few bumps that were handled immediately.

We had a fantastic stay during a few hot summer days in July/August. The property manager was very responsive, both in the days leading up to our stay, and after we checked in. The apartment is away from the center of the village (which is great for noise levels) but just a few minutes walk to everything, and just a two minute walk to the gondola. The apartment was clean and the housekeeping services were great. Only thing is I wish it had been specified that there is no AC in the apartment - as I mentioned it was hot!! Which led to a couple of uncomfortable nights. On the other hand, having a pool just steps away was awesome for cooling down. Overall, would highly recommend.
