We would not stay here again. This property is definitely showing major signs of wear and tear and neglect. We had to wash the bathroom towels to get the smell out of them (and they still had a stink, buy some Lysol Laundry Disinfectant) and the suite had a foul odor of like “old socks or dirty laundry”. We had to leave the windows open to air it out and that did not help. It needs to be properly cleaned, sanitized and dusted. We found the red tea pot and could spell our names in the layer of dust on it. The queen size bed is hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Whoever lives above this unit is very noisy and has no consideration for the VRBO’ers down stairs.

We enjoyed staying in this modern suite near UVic. We liked sitting on the sunny little patio in the driveway outside the door with table,chairs, and flowers. The full kitchen is well provisioned with dishes and cookware, tea and coffee. Down the hill are shops and a beach. Laurie was quick to respond to any queries.

We stayed here for 28 days recently. We were very happy with this property. It is comfortable, quiet, clean and warm:) The host Laurie was friendly, helpful and accessible. The kitchen is excellent. Well equipped. We cooked most of our meals and invited our daughter and her family over regularly. The unit is self contained with electronic door. It is bright with a great view out the door window. We will be back.

We loved our spit we were only 20 minutes away from everywhere we had to go this weekend. Extremely quiet and comfortable. Bed was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. Very clean. Would recommend to friends and family.
