Ce condo au troisième étage avec une chambre et une salle de bain a le "It Factor": armoires de cuisine blanc brillant, bar diagonal avec des sièges, cuisine bien équipée avec un nouveau comptoir de cuisine en surface solide 2018 et beaucoup de casseroles et de poêles, murs de bain carrelés, sols carrelés partout , et plus. L'unité de condo a un lit king dans la chambre et deux nouveaux canapés-lits jumeaux 2018 dans le salon; la chambre peut être fermée par des portes doubles. Beaucoup de mises à jour au cours des deux dernières années: peinture fraîche, nouveaux meubles de terrasse, nouveaux draps, nouveaux rideaux, nouveau lave-vaisselle et nouveaux téléviseurs et console de télévision. Nos clients peuvent s'attendre à ce que la cuisine soit farcie pour cuisiner; produits en papier, herbes et épices, huile et vinaigres, produits en papier, tous les produits de nettoyage, etc.
Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet a tout pour plaire: tarifs abordables, plage privée du golfe et promenade à pied, piscine tropicale avec pataugeoire, deux quais de pêche sur la magnifique Little Lagoon, mise à l'eau dans le lagon (élargissement récent du col terminé), beaucoup de grillades et tables d'extérieur. Mises à jour complexes majeures automne 2018: peinture de terrasse et lavage à pression, des choses qui montrent !!!

The condo was small but filled with all the necessities to live comfortably. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was a great area to watch the evenings go by. I will say the outlet in the bathroom does need to be repaired. It moved inward when trying to plug in the hair dryer. This could eventually lead to a short in the wiring. Also the bathroom sink faucet does not shut off completely unless pushed straight down. Otherwise everything was terrific and we will likely try to come back next year. Thank you for sharing your abode

This condo was everything we could’ve asked for as a vacation home away from home. Unit was super clean and had all you could need for a beach vacation. Balcony view was phenomenal for sunset pictures and just relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again next year!

My friend and I had a great stay at Judi's property. She was quick to respond and answered any questions that we had. The condo was clean and well-stocked with amenities that we needed. We loved that it was just a short walk away from the beach, and there was a nice pool onsite for guests to use. I'd recommend this property to guests staying in the Gulf Shores area.

We love Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club. It’s perfect for our family of four. The walk to the beach is short and easy, the pool is nice and the grounds are maintained perfectly. We had everything we needed in our condo down to seasonings and drink koozies. The owners were very responsive, pleasant, and professional. This was one of our best beach trips yet and I’m sure we will be can again!

This unit was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. Very comfortable for 2 adults. Very nice ocean view, even though it's across the street. Walk to the beach is quick. Resort style pool is beautiful. Checkin was super easy and owner is quick to communicate. We had a very relaxing, comfortable stay and would definitely stay there again.

Photos are accurate. Place is very clean and well stocked for everything you will need. Although it’s across the road from the beach, it’s a very short walk. Evidently, hurricane Sally eroded much of the beach away, there was still plenty of space - even on Memorial Day. Heard that beach will be restored later this year. Will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks Judi for letting us stay in your place and at such a reasonable price too!

Solid, clean building and property. Room was great (just as described). Had minor problem with plumbing and owner was very attentive (the problem - clogged toilet - "fixed" itself). Would stay in this unit again.

The was great for our needs! Location was wonderful because you were away from the business but still close enough to it. If I had to say a negative we constantly set off fire alarm when making dinner and we always woke up with a backache. Not sure if it was the bed or us?

This was the perfect space for me and my adult son. It had a beautiful ocean view. It was only a short walk across the street and it was so far down west beach traffic was not an issue. It was stocked with everything we needed. We we sent all instructions a week before, which put all my worst cases at ease. I am really hoping this place is available next year.

The condo is as pictured. We loved the location and the size fit our family of 4 just fine. We love how it’s just across the street from the beach and the pool is the right amount of shade to sun ratio. The balcony is the perfect size to relax on and enjoy a meal with family. Would stay in this condo again.

Our room was amazing we stayed in 312A it was beautifully decorated so comfortable. Judi is such a great communicator through the check in process. I have stayed in a couple places this one has been the best.

We enjoyed our visit very much. The condo is beautiful, and stocked with everything you'll need. It's a short walk to the beach, to the pier for sunrises and sunsets, and the pool. We will happily stay here again!

The condo was spotless! We thought the location was perfect...close to everything we need but somehow far out enough not to be too crowded. Unfortunately the beach did not cooperate with us this week as tons of seaweed washed ashore but thank goodness for the pool and hot tub!
We will look to book this property again.

I would rather stay here than an expensive high-rise any day. For the price, this was better than I expected. The location is perfect. A condominium surrounded by mostly beach houses means no traffic and no crowded beaches. I am used to PCB/Destin traffic and 5 plus rows of beach chairs/umbrellas. This was my first in Gulf Shores, and this is the perfect location. The bay has the best sunsets! The condo is older, but it is decorated very well. It was very clean, well stocked, and the water pressure was great! These are my top 3 must haves. The bed was really comfortable as well. I definitely recommend and will be back!

Our stay was fantastic , everything we needed was all right there in the condo. Not a far drive for restaurants and shopping. And a very short walk to the beach just across the street! We loved eating breakfast on the balcony the view is incredible. All in all the stay couldn’t have been better . No complaints from us !

Loved 312a!! The location of this property was perfect…located just outside of major Beach Blvd traffic..but still close enough to all the attractions!! We were able to sit on the balcony and see the water and hear the waves. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Definitely on our list of places to stay again

Loved being so close to the ocean! Condo had all the amenities you could need! Loved having washer and dryer! Was easy check in and check out process. Everyone was so friendly. Pool area was great! Definitely will be back !!

The condo was very well appointed and very clean. Beautiful view. A short, easy walk to the beach and a really nice pool. Owner communication was detailed and kind. Will definitely consider a stay here again!

The condo unit was nearly perfect. All instructions were precise and accurate. We checked in and out easily. The place was clean and comfortable. The owners provided many items that made the stay fun and relaxing. Only one drawback, which was no wifi. I needed it and the community wifi is a joke. Other condo owners provide it.

This condo was perfect for a quick walk over to the beach. The sand is soft and gorgeous. The condo has a partial beach/gulf view. There are a few houses, a parking lot, and a street in between the condo and the beach. But, it is as close to being right on the beach without being on the beach as it could be. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equiped and it was clean. The unit did not have wifi when we were there and that was not easy. I would definetly stay there again if I had the chance to!
