We enjoyed our stay in Cape May. The property is conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants, bike rental agencies, and shops and the street was quiet in the evenings. Communications with the owner were excellent.

Everything was very nice! Queen bed seems to roll into the center a bit. AC unit worked perfectly and kitchen was wonderfully fully equipped! Very nice!

Property is in a wonderful location, one block to beach, 15 minute walk to the central shopping district, walking past beautiful Victorian houses in an incredibly well maintained town. I rated this property 4 stars because there is another condo upstairs over the 1st floor master bedroom and, like in many old homes, we could hear the renters moving around , kids when they were loud, talking outside on their porch, etc. The living room and kitchen in our unit were quiet, as was the upstairs bedroom. If you are a late night person, this might not matter at all. If you like to go to sleep early and or are a very light sleeper, it's something to consider. The condo does not have an outdoor porch, but it's also not priced like more expensive properties that do. The condo was clean and well maintained and the beds had good mattresses.

Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood. Very walkable to main shopping and restaurants and the beach is a block away.

The process for renting was fairly simple and the property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would do it again.

First floor kitchen living space bedroom and bath then second floor bedroom and bath. Everything you need! We will be back to enjoy the space and most importantly Cape May

This was our first reservation on VRBO and we couldn't have been happier with our experience!The location of this condo was wonderful... it's just steps away from the beach and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops in the Cape May city center. Yet despite it's central location, the street was very quiet and peaceful, even during the day.The condo itself was clean and comfortable, and our family loved cuddling up on the couch after an exhausting beach day. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals each night. I think it's important to note that the master bedroom in on the ground floor and the bed room with the twin beds was on the second floor, so this is something families with kids should take into consideration. This worked out fine for us, since our kids are able to climb the stairs and my husband and I were able to have privacy at night.Also, both bathrooms are located in the bedrooms so anyone staying on the pull out couch would need to go into a bedroom (most likely the master, since it's on the first floor) to shower or use the toilet.Kerrie, the owner, was very responsive to all my queries when I was making the reservation and ahead of the trip. She provided contact information for a property manager, but fortunately, there was no need to contact her. I would definitely consider returning to this condo if we book another Cape May trip next summer.

What a beautiful neighborhood ! We only had a one block walk to the beach and easy access to the sand. This was very clean and the outside showers were wonderful . I would highly recommend this place. Every amenity that we needed in the kitchen and then some.

We loved our 3-night stay in Cape May at Kerrie’s condo. It was our first time in Cape May and we were very happy with our choice of lodging. The listing is described accurately, and the interior photos don’t do it justice. 5 adults slept comfortably, and we walked everywhere: the beach (1 block away), Washington Commons, and the lighthouse (quite a ways down the beach.). The 10-minute drive to Sunset Beach was well worth the drive. The restaurants open for indoor and patio seating tomorrow (mid-COVID-19) but the kitchen was fine for seating 5 with additional folding chairs in master BR closet. I called Kerrie once with a question about beach tags as that was a new concept for us, and she was very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

I was looking forward to taking my mom away for a relaxing, peaceful, short getaway to Cape May after a 3 month shut down due to Covid. First off, this condo is in a great location. One block to beach and not too far from the mall. The condo was surface clean but certainly not clean to my standards. There was dried up pasta left on the kitchen counter under the griddle, popcorn in the cracks of the couch, And I don’t think the kitchen floor has been mopped in some time. For me the most frustrating item was the tenants in the condo unit connected to the downstairs bedroom. They brought 2 dogs that barked into the night. I did reach out to the owner who contacted the owner of the unit and the tenants were asked to leave because the policy stated no pets allowed. The owner of the unit is very responsive and will do what she can to be accommodating.

My husband and I enjoyed a long fall weekend in Cape May in this lovely apartment. Very clean, nice layout, very functional kitchen. The location is excellent, within an easy walk to everything.

Kitchen pots/pans and other appliances in good shape which was nice. Very short walk to beach and overall good location. Sadly last remaining beach chair in unit was broken when we tried it and 2nd one was missing. . Owner very easy to contact and responsive which was good as property manager was not. Could use new mattresses in both bedrooms, especially the queen bed or better foam mattress toppers. Ones on bed just pieces of foam that slid all over the place . Just not comfortable at all. . Nicely decorated rooms.

Owner was so kind! Located very close to the beach. Plenty of room! Rental has an excellent ice maker, and nice outside showers. And our family will request to stay there again.

We had a great time. Beach, town all walkable. Having upstairs room great way to separate teens. Will definitely use this rental again.

The pros: The big draw is the location of the condo- that gets 5 stars. It’s only 1 block to the beach and we could walk to numerous restaurants, shopping, the arcades, mini golf and Congress Hall. AC worked well, good water pressure in the showers. 2 full baths was a plus for the size of the place. There were also 2 private entrances which made the small condo feel more spacious and an off street parking space. Small washer and dryer in the kitchen was convenient. The Cons: unfortunately the property either hadn’t been cleaned in a while or the cleaning service did a pretty bad job. Bathrooms were ok but kitchen was pretty bad with food particles in sink and drying rack, coffee spilled and left on coffee maker, spills on walls, dried pancake batter on the kitchen cabinets and dirty trashcans. There was a layer of dust on every baseboard, window sill, ceiling fan and Knick knack. Property owner was very nice and apologetic but no effort was actually made to fix the situation. I ended up spending 2 hours cleaning the place so that I felt comfortable enough to eat and sleep there which was a bummer but it eased my mind. Layout is a bit choppy as it’s an old home divided into condos. Steps to 2nd floor are steep (typical for old homes). You can only access the bathrooms through the bedrooms which was ok for our young family but could be awkward depending on the guest arrangement. There is no outside sitting area. However, I found a folding chair that I took outside on the front entrance area to read and people watch and it worked ok for me. We mainly used the place to shower and sleep. Otherwise we were out and about so it worked well for what we needed. It was quiet and convenient just needs a good deep clean.

Stayed 2 nights in December. Perfect location, with beach just 3 or so houses down, the Washington Street mall a quick walk or car ride 2 well sized bedrooms and 2 full baths. We'll equipped kitchen and huge living room with gas fireplace kept the room toasty warm through an arctic chill. Games and DVD's for your use Can't think of anything else we could have wanted/needed

This unit was an ideal getaway, especially for our always too busy friends. We got to experience winter cold temperature, a little snow, and springtime temperatures as well, all in one weekend. Cape May is always a great destination, and we were happy to be back again.

This lovely condo is a block from the beach. It's spacious and fully stocked with everything you need. We could walk everywhere- shopping, restaurants and theatre!

Although I only live about an hour away from Cape May, I booked this condo for 2 nights, to host 3 of my friends who were traveling from western PA for a 'girls' weekend' at the shore. We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo is in a very nice location: easy 1.5 block walk to the beach and about a leisurely 15 minute stroll to the downtown Washington Street Mall area for restaurants and sight-seeing. The condo is bright and comfortably appointed, a great space for 4 adults, and having 2 full bathrooms was definitely a plus. The only thing I think would have made this unit even better, would be having some outdoor space like a porch or deck. But over-all I have only positive things to say about our stay. The owner, Kerrie, was very kind and helpful as I completed my booking, and was super at communicating throughout the process. We had such a nice time, we have already discussed doing it again!

This was the right choice for a getaway, early fall long weekend. It is a block from the beach and within walking distant to the Washington Street pedestrian mall. Accommodations were basic, cozy and clean. Would select again for a return visit.
