The accommodations worked very well for the whole family with 19 of us there. The house and property very clean. Found rules, warnings and directions posted just about everywhere which seems a little overkill. It would be helpful to have a notebook or something with these items, plus a checkoff list for checking out. If you go bring garbage bags they only supply one in each basket. The hot tub was very nice and the game room in the garage got lots of use.

The place is large and roomy enough to accomodate many. We were there for my sons wedding. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for 8 adults and 3 children to get ready for the wedding. There were plenty of activities to keep us from gettting bored during our down time. The kids especially loved the ping pong. The house was well furnished with everything we could need. I highly recommend this home.

Liked the outside area. Lots of space for kids to run and play. Little disappointed because the creek was dry when we visited. House is very roomy and very well equipped. Plenty of towels without having to wash to accommodate our family of 17.

We greatly enjoyed our girls weekend at this property. The inside offers plenty of space and is well supplied. Outside offers wonderful space with deck, hot tub(and enough towels!), and yard games. Marcie is a very attentive hostess who checked in before our arrival and during our stay. The location is excellent with easy drives for hiking and to Chattanooga. If future travels take us back to the area, I would definitely stay here again.

The place was very spacious and had so many activities that we were able to enjoy. Greatly appreciated the frequent communication from the homeowner as we could really tell they wanted us to have a smooth check-in and check-out and the best time we could.

My wife and I, along with our three children their spouses and our 11 grandkids had an amazing four day trip to Lookout mountain and the surrounding area. Our home, easily held our crew of 19 and the amenities at the property were impressive to say the least. From the natural beauty of the outdoors, the moss lawn, the incredible jacuzzi, a sprawling deck with outdoor and screened porch seating we were enthralled with the beauty of nature and thrill of comfort. The inside of the property was no less appealing with comfortable seating, large dining space and a kitchen filled with all of the conveniences of our own home. A babbling brook on the property and both a gas and wood fire pit all provided comfort and rest during our stay. We had the comforts of multiple TV's, internet and endless hot water, but spent most of our time enjoying the Cloudland Canyon, Ruby Falls and forested properties that we were immersed in. A fantastic vacation trip and incredible hosts who sought to meet our every need. I highly recommend this getaway retreat.

This was a great property for our family vacation. Tons of beds and space for multiple families or extended family. There are a lot of nice outdoor things for kids and kids at heart to do, and tons of space outside to spend time. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, so may not be ideal for loud families or those that want to be loud outside. Really close to Chattanooga so the drives are easy!

The owner of the property text me before we even arrived with details of how to get in and to see if we had and special needs. We enjoyed grilling and playing with all the outdoor games. The kitchen was also equipped with everything and more than you need.

We loved our visit! The house easily accommodated all 15 adults and children and we enjoyed the various ways to spend time together indoors and outdoors…especially the hot tub. Highly recommend this house and it’s location near Chattanooga. Oh, and Marcie is a great hostess.

A Magical Property Close to Everything
This was the perfect place for our multi generational family reunion. The house was clean, comfortable, and expansive. The yard was enchanting with the forest, moss, and nearby stream. I hope to return someday!

Prop mgr easy to work. With and helpfull. House had many games to play and plenty of equipment. Backyard peacefull and great for dicussions and s mores around fire pit.

Was a girls reunion. A lot of us have not seen each other in 15 to 20 years.
House was very clean and great location. Home had to many restrictions with post it notes everywhere made you feel like it was not very welcoming. Host was very informative and helpful.

I usually don't leave reviews but we enjoyed our stay so much and the host was so kind and sweet that I just had to! I brought girls from my youth group here and we could not have been better accommodated! And the house and backyard are beautiful!

Description and pictures were accurate. Hot tub was so much fun. Beds were very comfortable. The house had plenty of towels for all. The kitchen was really well stocked with pots/pans/griddles/crock pots etc. Property was beautiful. Owner was attentive and very kind. We all had a wonderful stay!

Wedding Party (Very Happy)
We were having a large wedding. My wedding party flew in from all over the country; it was difficult to find one location that could accommodate everything I wanted. Until I found this location. The property manager went above and beyond my expectations with helping me and my friends with what we needed! If you have a large group this house is for you!!!

Had everything we needed including an Instapot, grill, and plenty of baking pans. The property owner was great to work with and was quick to respond 8f we needed anything. We would definitely rent from this owner again!!

My son was getting married in the area so his groomsman and spouses all stayed in the same place. Everyone in the wedding was family so it was nice to have everyone under one roof again. Was a great place with plenty of space and things to do in our down time.

Check out time should be at least 11 am as the property is meant to serve large groups mostly and with limited bathrooms it becomes difficult to pack everything , clean up everything and leave by 10 am. If we do the cleaning previous night then we can’t enjoy our time off the previous night.

Perfect location for meeting up with extended family. Lots of room so we could spread out. Loved sitting on the deck and screened porch in the early morning drinking coffee, it was very relaxing and peaceful.

Perfect for social distancing
We had an absolutely wonderful time, despite all the COVID-19 craziness. Very clean!!! This is the perfect property for family bonding, time in nature, bonfire with S’mores. There is also a hot tub, ping pong table and volleyball net (and balls, etc.) We hiked trails and waded through creeks - completely and totally alone. So peaceful! The owner was beyond accommodating - checking in with us via text, but not too much - just enough to let us know she was available for any needs or questions. I cannot imagine a better place to get away and spend time alone. This was very good for the mental health of our family. We will definitely be back!

Nice property
My bookclub spent a weekend here. The property was very clean and had all amenities as listed. The owner promptly addressed the few issues we had. There were A LOT of rules that weren't in the listing. Some of the other attendees commented that the rules and signs everywhere felt somewhat repressive, but overall we were very pleased and would definitely stay again.
