We had a great stay at Happy Hours. One morning we blew one of the kitchen fuses and were not able to find the breaker box. Cobb sent out a maintenance person right away and they were able to find the box and get everything sorted quickly.

I have rented several beach houses with a few different companies. The girls not two issues I had was the lack of starter material, I.e toilet paper and paper towels. Also I had to purchase hand towels for each bathroom as there was not one to use at all. We did take our own bath/beach towels and toilet paper and paper towels but one restroom didn’t have a roll at all and another barely had any on the one that was there. The Ac downstairs does not work as well as the one upstairs and that is because we made sure not to put it under 72 as stated in the information given from the agency. All else was wonderful.

Cay Sara Sara is located in a quiet gated community which was really nice. The house is older and that really showed on the inside with dated furniture and carpet that needs to be replaced. The upstairs had a layer of dust on all of the furniture. We enjoyed our stay, but only after I cleaned the house. The owners need to pay for a deep cleaning and work on interior updates.

The 14 members of my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is very, very nice - great floor plan and lovely decor. There was a problem on Saturday with the electricity coming into the house. Not knowing when the power company might arrive, Cobb realty promptly identified another location where we could stay. The new location would not have met our needs quite as well, but it was convenient and would have been better than having to go home a day early. We thoroughly appreciated the prompt, professional response to the issue. Turned out that we did not have to relocate and we greatly enjoyed our 3-day visit.

Had a great stay at this house, with plenty of room for 10 people. House was well equipped, including things like condiments, TP, garbage bags, etc; stuff you often have to buy when renting a house. Place was very clean, and photos gave a true representation of the facilities. Would return again, but not in December...weather was brutal!!

This was the 3rd year we have rented the property. It is perfect for our family and the grandchildren call it Granny's Beach cabin. The house sleeps 14 nicely. The beach is clean and perfect for younger children, not much traffic. We will rent it again next year. Love Cay Sara Sara!

Very happy with the rental. I have been renting cabins in Boliver all my life, and this was the best equipped one yet, by far. Plenty of dishes and cooking suplies, plus dish towells and hot pads. Wish the owners would allow use of the dumb waiter/elevator. This would sure help with the loading and unloading of luggage and supplies, especially for the over 50 crowd.

We had a fantastic week in the cay sara sara cabin. the cabin is in a great location with a terrific view, easy access to the beach, quiet neighborhood. the beach is extra wide and not crowded, great for kite flying. The kitchen is fully stocked with many appliances, utensils, and pots/pans. the beds are comfy and the rooms are great for combined families. the upstairs loft was perfect for the kids to hang out, play games, and watch movies. we had three families merged together and this cabin had plenty of room for everyone. we will definitely be staying here next year.

We rent a cabin for the family and grandkids at least once a year. This was by far the best cabin we have had. It is very accommodating for several guests. Has everything you will need. In a very nice neighborhood with wonderful beach views. We plan to rent this same home every year from now on.

We were there for an anniversary party for some lifelong friends who live right behind this house. There was plenty of room and the house was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need, also having a washer/dryer was nice so we could dry swimsuits and towels without them hanging around. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a stress free stay.

Loved the house snd it was perfect for our family. Love Biscayne too. Dryer was extra noisy and needs to be looked at. Stove burners need to be checked too. Took forever to heat up shrimp pot and never came to full boil. Could it have been the pot? Don’t know. Linen service only gave us two dish towels. Needed at least 4. Otherwise whole experience was perfect. Girls in front office very nice too!
