My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our 2 year old and 5 month old children. The rental was as described in the listing and was very clean. Basic amenities to start you off were covered, which was appreciated. These included trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. I did get more of some things during the trip, but it was nice not to have to run out right away to get them. The location was an easy walk from to the boardwalk and beach. It was also an easy drive to other restaurants and to the grocery store. There was a little kids table and chairs in the house which my 2 year old enjoyed eating at and doing his activities on. The inside shower, as mentioned in other reviews, was small, but had good water pressure and hot water. My 2 year old and husband enjoyed the spacious outside shower after the beach. Everything was organized in a binder to know about the house and the area which was helpful as a reference. I did not need to contact Jim during our stay for any concerns, but he did check in asking if anything was needed which I thought was very courteous of him. A great place to stay makes for a great vacation, and this was one of those rentals. Thank you, Jim!

The entire process from submitting the rental, payment, prepping for our stay through leaving the house was pleasant and smooth! We loved the property setup, the house felt very comfortable and homey and we had great communication with the property owners the entire time. The location was perfect even with 3 young kids having to go back and forth to the house throughout the day. We can’t wait for our next visit!

The house is a perfect size for our family of four, including a 15 month old. You are a five minute walk to the beach and boardwalk but far enough away to not hear it from inside at night. Though if you go outside and sit on the porch, you can faintly hear the action in a very relaxing manner.
The rental comes with four beach passes and has its own beach cart with beach supplies. Checking in and out was simple and the owners were very quick and friendly when replying.
There are two units on the property with a yard in between the houses. Each house has its own grill and picnic table outside, though you will share a clothesline. The units have clear illustrations as to where each unit parks, so you will never be in each other's way.
Our kids had a wonderful introduction to the Jersey Shore and staying here made the logistics and planning so much easier. We would love to return!

We had a nice time while staying at this property. Location is great short walk to beach but you need to know the alleys and shortcuts for best route. Close to Boardwalk but not too close where you get the crowds and noise.
Interior was clean and in great condition. We had 4 adults, a 3 month baby and our small dogs. Did not fee too crowded but 2 more adults would have been. I recommend the place for 4 or 2 with kids & pets. Shower was small and furniture could use an upgrade for more comfort. No washer/dryer was tough for us with a baby but there is a laundromat 400 ft away but you need to bring quarters & detergent to prepare.
Easy check in / check out process. Owners were very friendly and helpful with my questions about the area. You can tell they care about their house, the guests, and whether you have a good time.
I loved the grill with gas line connection. No worries about a tank running out. Easy operation. I used it a lot during the week.

Great stay
This was a cozy house that was close to everything. Communication and check in process was great. The hosts even texted us to let us know that the property was ready and we could arrive a few hours earlier. All in all a great stay.

Dream Vacation
What a wonderful beach rental! The house is clean and comfortable and you can’t beat the location! Close enough to the boardwalk/beach, especially for a family with 2 little ones, but enough of a distance that it was quiet and peaceful at night! We will def be going back next summer!!! A great bagel and donut shop within walking distance made for an easy breakfast coffee run every morning. Cannot recommend this house enough!

Clean, easy, & great location!
We had a great time on our week-long family vacation to Point Pleasant Beach! Everything was made easy by Jim and Donna - they were quick to respond and provided all relevant information in advance in and clear and easy-to-follow manner, which made it easy to plan and left little to worry or wonder about. The house was a perfect size for our family of 4 (including two young children) + our dog, provided most everything we could need for the week, and was exceptionally clean. Best of all, it is located in such a great location, on a quiet street, but just a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk + also walkable to the downtown area. We would love to stay here again the next time we return to the area!

Really nice and great location
Cute cottage and ample for 2 kids and 2 adults. Kitchen was perfect. Outdoor areas were nice for enjoying evenings. Great location near boardwalk and beach. No hassles at all. Thanks Jim for making it such a pleasant stay.

A great week!
My husband, 2.5 year old, and 8 month old had a great week here! Everything was as described and depicted in the listing. We brought a baby bath and baby pool and bathed the kids outside. We also had a pack n play and toddler air mattress, which both fit well in separate rooms with the beds pushed to the walls. The house is well maintained and stocked and had just the right amount of space for us. The walk to the beach (and aquarium!) was easy and the wagon included with the house was a huge help, even though we brought our own, too. Jim was quick to respond when we had questions and was great and easy to work with.

After a very challenging and busy year, our long weekend gave us a chance to pause and relax together before heading right back into our busy schedules. It is very convenient to everything. Once we parked our cars we were able to stroll everywhere. Life has been complicated and this was a nice respite.

Great Location
Great location with just a few minute walk to boardwalk and beach. The lake across the street was also very nice. The owners are very thorough, informative and I also liked that they provided additional street parking passes and 4 beach passes for our stay.

Amazing stay
We are so happy with our stay. From the day of check in to the day of check out everything was perfect. The house was clean, equipped with everything we needed. The best part was the location. It was so easy for my family of 5 with 3 young kids to walk to the beach and boardwalk everyday. This is such a great beach home for a couple or a bigger family like ours! We come to Point Pleasant regularly and loved the front house on Randall Ave. It was a great size for our family of four (including the furry one) and had everything we could possibly need with a beachy vibe. We loved the location; close to the beach, boardwalk and our favorite restaurants. Jim and Donna were incredibly responsive and accommodating. We will definitely check availability the next time we come to Point Pleasant!

The house is small but has a great layout with 3 bedrooms. It was perfect for my family. The excellent location is walking distance to the boardwalk. I stayed in the front house where there is access to 3 parking spaces, which was a real bonus. The owners were so easy and pleasant to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property.

We come to Point Pleasant regularly and loved the front house on Randall Ave. It was a great size for our family of four (including the furry one) and had everything we could possibly need with a beachy vibe. We loved the location; close to the beach, boardwalk and our favorite restaurants. Jim and Donna were incredibly responsive and accommodating. We will definitely check availability the next time we come to Point Pleasant!

Great place and location
This was a great place to stay. Great location. It’s just a few minutes from the beach, Boardwalk, restaurants and has a great little backyard. Jim was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had right away. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to stay there again.

Great vacation!
This house was perfect for our family. It's such a nice street in a great location to the beach, entertainment and food. Having multiple parking spaces right at the house is priceless if you've ever tried to find a parking spot. The house has everything we needed. It was a great experience and we'd definitely stay there again!

Cozy centrally located house near boardwalk
My wife and I recently completed our stay and were very satisfied with our experience. The communication with the property owner (Jim) was excellent from the point at which we decided to book, up to, and through our stay.
The house is centrally located, just a few blocks from the boardwalk and beaches. Nearby to many local restaurants and one of the best donut shops in the state. There are USB charging blocks in every room. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you would need for cooking. There’s also a gas grill in the backyard that was quite easy to operate for those that enjoy grilling.
The size of the unit is ideal for a couple or a family with small children (we brought our 9 month old). Bedrooms are about equally sized and all have ceiling fans. The house has central air as well so we were comfortable throughout our stay. I would recommend booking as the house has everything we need, in a good location, and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Highly recommend
The week we stayed at this property could not have gone smoother. The property and the house is immaculately cleaned for your stay. The communication with owner was very easy. The location of the property was easily the best part. A block away from the beach! They left no stone unturned for our stay. They had parking passes, beach badges, area information and more awaiting us at the house. When I want to make another trip down the Jersey Shore I will be contacting Jim to hopefully stay at this property once again.

Our Point Pleasant Beach Memories
The owners, Jim and Donna Fischbach have made every effort to ensure the comfort of families renting their property. The home is beautifully and considerately appointed with all your needs. I am a parent who traveled with several young people. They commented on how cozy, warm and perfect the location was for them. One even said they never felt homesick! As much as I'd like to keep this my little special secret place, I must share this little gem with others. Thank you for the wonderful memories....We did not want it to end.
