I really liked the view from the balcony and the place is very nice

I didn't like it, the day we arrived the password to enter the apartment didn't work, we had to call costumer services to get another password but we lost almost 30 minutes to enter and the day we left the check out was at 10 am We left early for an activity and when we returned and tried to enter the apartment the password had been deactivated and we lost another half hour until they sent another person to open the door for us, that was the only bad thing.
