Niché dans Balboa Island, ce charmant maison pour 313 € par nuit est un génial choix pour votre prochain pause Balboa Island est un vrai bijou au milieu de la baie de Newport. Il y a un passage 1. 6 mile autour du périmètre et un charmant 2 bloc rue principale avec des boutiques uniques et cuisine raffinée et décontractée, littéralement autour du coin! Mon chalet est très accueillant. Elle dispose d'une cour intérieure avec foyer extérieur. Il y a une chambre avec deux salles de bains et un coin couchage séparé hors de la salle à manger. Parfait pour deux ou une petite famille. Il est possible de dormir une personne supplémentaire sur le double de la taille canapé-lit. Idéalement situé entre Los Angeles et San Diego. Idéal pour les excursions d'une journée.
Le quartier est très détendue. Ceci est une destination populaire, donc il y a une bonne quantité d'activité qui fait la cour une retraite bienvenue. Ma maison est une rue de la rue principale. Il est donc très pittoresque! Il y a un grand mélange de vieilles maisons et de construction haut de gamme. Il est une région très riche avec les résidents vers le bas-à-terre.

Jill is a wonderful host: available, attentive and helpful! The cottage is in a great location on Balboa Island, close to the main street with restaurants, shops, Balboa Bars and Frozen Bananas :-). It was great fun to be on the Island when the Newport Beach Boat Parade was happening each evening; we loved strolling around the Island to watch the boats and see all the beautiful homes decorated for Christmas. A lovely stay in a lovely place!

Really enjoyed the property, only one block from town center, but still quiet and private. Comfortable and stocked with everything you need. Parking was provided which really made a difference. Highly Recommend

The property was old school, comfortable and charming. My only suggestion is that the next door neighbor please turn off the very bright outdoor light she has on right outside the bedroom window which floods the bedroom with light all night despite the black out shade and prevents sleep. Or perhaps she could install a motion detector light which would easily solve the issue. Other then that it's a lovely and private abode.

We really loved the comfortable open plan living space and peaceful vibe at Jill’s place-the perfect respite during a busy family vacation. Our group spread across two houses, and Jill’s was the place to catch your breath in the quiet hidden courtyard or do food prep unbothered in the very well-stocked kitchen. Easy check in and accommodating host. We had a wonderful visit!!

What a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The home was well supplied, had a comfortable and inviting living area, good beds, good showers. No air conditioning, but the fans did the trick. We would definitely recommend this property and are looking forward to returning next year.

Jill was thoughtful and welcoming. It was my wife’s birthday and Jill was kind enough to leave her a note and a ballon. Such a wonderful touch. The property was just as described. The location was perfect and easily accessible to all of the local restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, but close so that you can walk for your coffee, groceries and food. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed visiting and relaxing in the living area and were able to cook just about anything in the well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely like to come back!

Jill’s property was in a great location- so close to all the restaurants on Balboa Island. The house was very cute and nestled back from the street which was great for privacy and quiet. The little courtyard was perfect for an evening drink and we even had a friendly visit from a neighbors cat a couple of times, who was adorable. Jill was so friendly and kind! We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Rental home better than photos. Very high class area about 15 minutes from Laguna Beach and closer to scenic Corona Del Mar which has great beach area and beautiful homes. Rental has good modern kitchen, 2 good TVs, 2 modern bathrooms, and is one block from great shopping street with many eateries. And best of all is in the middle of hours of walking around multiple canals with scenic homes and boat along them.

We were totally surprised that the photos in the website captured the vibe of this getaway! The court yard was so peaceful and perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or two outside. The bungalow was clean. The artwork and stained glass were beautiful!
So nice to have a great getaway place that does not require a lot of travel time. Everything we needed was just a short walk away.

My friend & I loved the property! Plenty of room, and two bathrooms & sleeping areas made it perfect. The enclosed patio is a lovely, secluded place to eat or read, but the property is right around the corner from the "main drag" and all the dining & shopping action. Loved it!! Thanks, Jill

Jill makes one feel welcome. Very comfortable set-up.
While it is a very relaxing place, and Jill is most accommodating, my wife and I will return if and when some new towels and bed sheets are provided. I think it is time for something new especially on an aging soft mattress. I got the Internet and TV to work after disconnecting and reconnecting the router. Great location, secluded and quiet.

This adorable little bungalow is perfect for a weekend away. It is situated close to shops and dining, and is in a quiet neighborhood perfect for relaxing and catching up. Jill is the best host, and the cottage is well stocked with everything you could need . Loved our stay and can’t wait to return.🌻

Right in the heart of the main avenue through Balboa, but secluded and quiet setting. Easy communication with the owner. Plenty of space for a small family or two couples to stay. Would highly recommend.

Jill has a beautiful accommodation that suited our needs perfectly. It is a quiet hideaway that is convenient yet secluded. The interior was lovely and comfortable. We really enjoyed the stained glass windows. The patio was a bonus as it was a perfect place to unwind after a day out. Meeting Jill was a treat. She is a very delightful hostess.
