the space was great! the view could have been better if trees were trimmed back and the master bedroom bed was squeeky (please replace the mattress); we brought a foam mattress that helped

House was very outdated, pictures very deceiving. The whole reason we chose this property was because of the hot tub, it was filthy and stank.
The house wasn’t very clean, inside cabinets were dirty, dining table had dried food on it, spider webs on light fixtures. I wouldn’t rent again.

My sister, mom and I stayed here to enjoy/explore the area. We had fun in Eureka Springs. Great location. Farmhouse restaurant has good food and is a short drive/walk. Loved the wildlife, waterways, and greenery in the area. The view you see in the pictures is mostly covered, which was a bummer--the trees need to be cut back to see the water/bridge. The condo is aged, but of course you get what you pay for! If it had been cold we would love to enjoy a fire and the autumn leaves and the hot tub. Nice place, nice master suite! The kitchen should really be stocked with some sundries like cooking oil, pepper and salt, ziplocs/tupperware, but all in all it's great for the price and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

We rented this home for a long holiday weekend with another couple and were very pleased with how much space we had. The house has a Brady Bunch feel to it, in a good way! The view of the lush valley was beautiful, though you can't really see the lake from the balconies. Its location is quite remote, though you can get to Eureka Springs in about seven minutes. In all, this rental is a great value for the price.

We had selected this home, for an anniversary getaway, simply due to the hot tub and misleading description of having a lake view. The hot tub wouldn't heat up, and had water pouring from the bottom. When contacting management, there wasnt an apology for the inconvenience, nor was it fixed, just a simple "I notified maintenance." The master bedroom bed is very firm, not too comfortable, downstairs bed is good. There's a strong mildew smell throughout, and also rat droppings, being in a country environment that's understandable, but there was no evidence of preventive measures. We made the best of our stay, just sadly disappointed in the overall experience.

We enjoyed all the art on the walls especially the Susan Morrisons. The back deck had breathtaking views all hours of the day.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had issues with the hot tub and the TV .We would text them about the issues and they sent their guy over.He was always there in a matter of minutes to address our concerns.I would suggest a larger water heater because the jacuzzi tub would run out of hot water before it was full. The view from both decks was awesome.

We really liked the property overall. The parking was a little tight for our two vehicles as you share a circle drive with the other half of the duplex, so be mindful that if the other duplex is occupied, you will be playing musical vehicles unless you just designate one as the driving vehicle and the other stays parked. I loved that they labeled which switches went to which lights!! It was so helpful to not have to go around and guess at what you were trying to turn on. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc.
The hot tub was down for repairs, but they let us know in advance and offered either a discount or to allow us to switch properties which was much appreciated. It was also close to the local grocery store which was also really convenient. We went in the off season. That being said, Holiday Island was quiet, and I felt safe walking our dogs even at night.
For folks traveling with pets or kids, there were no barriers to the stairs off the deck. It wasn't a major issue for us, but just something to be aware of. We were able to use the patio chairs to block the side of the deck and keep our dogs contained, but I don't know that it would have been an effective strategy for a child. The property has a great view in part because the lot is fairly steep. There is a flat, grassy area in front of the property across the Leatherwood Street that was easy to walk the dogs to for bathroom needs.

We had a few issues and within 10 minutes, maintenance was there to help! This is very roomy and although dated, very clean with everything you need! Quiet neighborhood and a short drive to almost everywhere we wanted to be. Two reasons we rented was for the hot tub and lake view. Hot tub leaks, and with constant filling wouldnt warm up and not all jets worked. We roll pretty well but the deck WAS pretty scary. We didnt even go out on the upstairs deck. 😬 BUT, we had an enjoyable time, they worked hard to please, and we got to bring our dog!!!

Because we all came from different towns, we had to find alternative parking for two of our four cars. I should have realized this from the description. It was large and open with lots of space for meeting. Given the size of the living area the television could have been bigger and the couch was breaking down a little.

From the moment we arrived, we were in absolute awe at how clean the property was! The carpets were ultra plush & we felt like we were at home. The pictures online are exactly how the property was when we arrived. We were close enough to town to enjoy Eureka Springs and Holiday Island but far enough away that we felt like we in the woods alone. We will definitely be back if I can convince my husband to travel on Arkansas winding roads again!
