Fraser was friendly and informative! Thanks to his advice we went to St. Vincent and saw many humpback whales on the beaches there. They were maybe 80 feet from shore! Apartment clean and beds and pillows super comfortable. Own entrance and beautiful back yard. He even supplied coffee. Nice touch. Place was great!

The property was clean and well-equipped. A basement suite that appeared to be built by the owner, so some quirky aspects. Very nice landlord. Suite best suited to a couple with a child, as one bedroom is much smaller than the other, and the bathroom is accessed through that smaller bedroom.

Beautiful little apartment, with amazing views of the peaceful backyard. So close to Bowring park which was amazing to walk through everyday. The hosts make this little apartment spectacular. They have thought of everything you need and are so knowledgeable of things to do. We stayed for two weeks and if we return to St. John’s we will stay again.

My husband and I had a lovely 4 day stay in St. John's in this two-bedroom apartment. The kitchen was well-supplied with basic staples, coffee filters, tea, etc. The double bed was comfortable and the bathroom fine. When we arrived, Fraser greeted us, showed us around, explained the remote for the t.v. (has Netflix also in addition to cable) and provided the internet password. He replied quickly to text queries when needed. There was also a Canada Day treat of two-bite cupcakes on the kitchen counter for us. The location is about a ten minute drive from the centre of St. John's and across from a beautiful park with a pool, splash area, jungle gym and several trails and walks through the woods and over a rushing stream. For the money, the best place in town!

We had a good stay and the place was close to Bowring Park and we visited friends and family in the Goulds area. We found the location quiet and comfortable. Could use some more utensils in the kitchen. Also, needs vented hood with fan over the stove as the smoke detector goes off when you are cooking.

This apartment was exactly what I needed for my visit to St. John's. I travelled with my mother and toddler. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a second with a single bed. Fraser and Libby were very welcoming and showed us around upon our arrival. They left a little fruit and muffins for us which was a wonderful treat and unexpected. It is clean and well maintained and nicer than the photos. There is a private entrance in the backyard which is lovely. The apartment is tastefully decorated in neutral colours. The bedsheets were nice and the bathroom had a good supply of nice white fluffy towels. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen came equip with everything that you needed for a short stay. We did breakfasts at the apartment and a lunch or two. Otherwise we ate out for dinner at restaurants in the area. The living room had two couchs and a flat screen TV. It was a comfortable place to sit and chat. There is also a nice new front load washer and dryer that did a great job on a load of laundry that we did. The apartment is about a 10 min drive to downtown. So you can pop down there to see the sights, such as Signal Hill, the Battery and Cape Spear very easily. The apartment is right beside Bowring Park a great place to take kids to burn some energy. The park has at least two duck ponds, and a fabulous play area for kids. There are also some beautiful statues and walking trails. If I'm back in St. John's I would definitely try to reserve this apartment again.
