Proche des attractions locales les plus populaires, il offre la chaleur d'un chalet, avec plus d'intimité et d'espace. Cette maison offre un plan d'étage idéal pour les demandeurs de vacances. Il y a 3 chambres au niveau principal avec un salon / salle à manger ouvert et un coin cuisine. Faites une pause sur le vaste pont de la salle à manger. Détendez-vous et détendez-vous près de la cheminée en pierre dans l'énorme salle familiale. Il y a aussi une chambre avec lits superposés en bas pour les invités supplémentaires, y compris un autre bain. nos terres de conservation de la ville bute également pour plus d'intimité. Notre sous-sol fini est idéal pour les enfants. Notre cour et notre terrasse sont des endroits propices à la détente. Great area for foliage trip. Close to the area’s shopping, eating, & breweries. It happened to be the weekend of the Craft show in town, but we decided to explore on the bikes through Franconia Notch. The views were breath taking even though some areas were past “peak”. Had a wonderful weekend & felt very at home in this property.

We enjoyed renting this house. It fit our party of nine, plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax or dine together. It is conveniently located near lots of shopping and attractions. We hope to return again! Thank you.

This was such a wonderful house!! I loved how spacious and clean it was. The backyard is awesome, especially if you have kids because it is level and has sand that they can play in. The house was beyond equipped with anything you could want. I highly appreciated the baby proofing and baby items, I didn’t have to bring any large items for my baby! Wonderful house and neighborhood, there was plenty of room for everyone! My only complaint is that it for really warm in the bunk room downstairs, all the rooms upstairs have ACs though.

Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Everyone, including teens to toddlers, loved our time here. There was plenty to do from volleyball to late night family pool games. The house was spotless and well maintained. The large, super comfortable sectional upstairs and the additional living room downstairs offered options for family time and a separate kids space. With 11 people staying here, we never once felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful ski vacation. 5 minutes from cranmore. Lots of room. I only wish trash removal was easier or part of the stay.

This place worked out perfect, 6 minutes to downtown north conway and the yard was huge and had plenty of room. The living room and pool room spaces were perfect for gathering but the house had plenty of space to spread out and do your own thing if you like. The owner / house taker were awesome with communicating and very helpful!!

We have a big family and have stayed here last August and have thoughly enjoyed ourselves each time. Basically we cose this property for 5 reasons.
1. Large house with great setup for families to enjoy
2. Large yard with many things to do from volleyball to corn hole
3. Responsive property manager with great communication
4. Close to all attractions but with a very secluded feel
5. Clean accomodations and well equiped with all you need

Just had a vacation at this house with my family and two other families. The house was a very family friendly environment with plenty of activities to do. Also very close to local excursions and dining. Would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our two families traveling together! The five kiddos loved the bunk room downstairs and the adults enjoyed plenty of games of pool. A lot of family friendly activities kept us wanting to stay around the house rather than being on the go for our whole stay. Will definitely book again!

Stayed here with 2 other families. Place was very clean and lots of space for everyone! We had adults upstairs while kids had the lower level to hang out, play games, pool or chill out and watch some TV. Outside was just as nice with a great area for the kids to play and run around. Caretaker (Ron) was fantastic and provided some local places to hit, he very much wanted to make sure we got the most out of our visit. We very much enjoyed our time and look forward to returning!

We had a outstanding extended weekend stay at at the house last weekend. The property Manager Ron was super helpful with restaurant suggestions and other things to do in the area. The bad mitten, cornhole and campfire kept us outside during the day and the pool table was the competition at night. The couches and smart TV's were a welcome rest. We will defiantly be staying again!

House was very clean, with lots of space and places to sleep. The backyard was so much fun, between badminton, volleyball the fire pit and the grill there was almost no reason to leave the house. There were some great breweries in the area and lots to do nearby. Ron was super helpful and proactive in terms of suggestions on what to do in the area. Great place to stay overall

Great property and the kids loved playing in the yard with the volley ball court and sitting outside by the huge fire pit! There were plenty of beds and the kids loved playing a game of pool and enjoying their own TV room downstairs! Ron the property manager was super knowledgeable and was always willing to assist with any ideas of places to visit while in town!

Our group of 6 had a great weekend staying at this house. The location is close to the ski mountains, restaurants and grocery stores. The house was very clean with a very nice upstairs area, downstairs is great for hanging out as they have a pool table, couches, tv and an electric fireplace. Ron was very helpful in giving me all the information I needed prior to the trip.

Was a great house for our annual girls trip. The living room/dining area was plenty big and comfortable. Everyone liked having their own beds! Ron was super helpful with recommendations.

Me and 3 guy friends escaped from MA for a weekend and loved this place. It was clean, tons of fun activities, very well kept, perfect location and was affordable once split among 4 people. The only suggestions I'd have are converting the 1st floor bunk to a full size on the bottom with a bunk on the top. and maybe one as well in the basement so that 4 adults can sleep on larger beds.Rob the property manager was excellent leading up to the night we checked in but never heard back despite a couple texts that weekend about issues we found. Made us a bit nervous but was really great talking throughout the weeke leading up. Perhaps a fluke. We can't wait to go back. We'd love to rent it with 3 families 6 kids total but the beds don't lend well to that. But the amenities onsite were awesome and a nice walk in the woods in the back was awesome for fall foliage.

Rented for a long weekend with 9 people, and we had a great time. The back deck is perfect for sitting on and enjoying a drink or coffee. The backyard offers lots of activities and a nice fire pit to enjoy at night.The bedrooms had plenty of room. The common areas for watching TV or playing pool in the basement were spacious and allowed everyone space to retreat and relax. All the pictures are true to the actual space.The location is close to downtown but still quiet.We had a very nice weekend.
