The house was great and we had a wonderful time! Jill went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent vacation!

The short walk to clean, private beach was great. We had the beach all to ourselves most days. And being on a sand bar, the shallow water was awesome for the kids. The house is much more spacious than pictures show.

Everything was as advertised. The home was spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed and then some. The garage and its entry was perfect for unloading/loading our car. Jill was an excellent host with prompt, friendly communication. My husband and I needed a medical respite and this home, the quiet, safe neighborhood, and location to the water and surrounding towns was the best medicine! Thank you Jill & Chris ☺️

We really enjoyed the house it fit our multi generational family. It was really fun spending time with young grand children.

The house is bright, extremely comfortable, w/ lots of space and light. Recently renovated? Beds comfortable; all types-softer, harder, childrens... all teh comforts of home available for cooking, beach, etc. Details really nicely thought out. Contacts w/ Jill easy and very pleasant. I would highly recommend particularly for families w/ small children.

The house was great...and great for little kids. A very short walk to the beach and an amazing walk to a sand bar at low tide! The house itself was all one level, very comfortable and very clean. Smores from the fire pit hit the spot with our 4 year old. My Grandmother's room was just far enough away from the rest of the family. We all had a spectacular time!

Owners were very responsive and helpful. Decor was very restful and well appointed. House was a relaxing place to be.

We were so glad to be able to get away and spend time with our kids. Being able to walk to the beach was great, especially with the varying ages of the children in our group. The house was larger than we expected. Everyone loved the sand bar in the water.

We were looking for a relaxing stay at the beach and we got just that. Jill was a great host. The house has everything you need. The house is close to shops and great food. The beach is 2 seconds from the house. We really enjoyed our stay.

Jill's check in / checkout process is seamless. Friendly neighborhood and lots to do - wonderful restaurants, state parks and trails nearby. St. Paul Parish for weekend mass is convenient and welcoming community. Enjoyed the home's open areas, well stocked kitchen and thd shoreline feel. The welcome bottle of wine was a great way to kick off the weekend getaway!

Jill's lovely house is everything we hoped it would be, a much needed respite after 6 months of being at home. It's just steps from a beautiful, sparsely-populated beach – there were times we had the whole beach to ourselves. The house is so conveniently located, making it easy to pop over to the Mystic Aquarium and a day trip to Block Island. We hope to come again!

My family truly enjoyed our long weekend at Jill's home. The home was very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, and on one floor which was great. The large garage was a bonus and made it easy to unpack our cars. Nice big deck area as well. The private beach is just a few houses away and the house is just minutes from the village of Niantic with plenty to do. Great house, great location, great time had by all!

The house was exactly what we wanted and needed after being in our own home for 6 months. There was so much room that our two young boys had unlimited space to play. The house was really clean and had all the accommodations that we needed. The 5 min or less walk to the beach was exactly what I hoped for so I didn't have to pack up the kids and the car every day. Since we didn't want to go anywhere too crowded, the private beach was perfect. Most of the time we were alone on the beach. The garage even had tons of beach chairs, a wagon and some toys. The town and surrounding area were so cute too. We found lots of great local places to eat. Our kids loved the dinosaur park that is close by as well as our trip to Mystic for the shops and aquarium. All the neighbors we came across were friendly too. Jill was so friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend if you need to get away to somewhere peaceful and not - your - house!

This house was simply lovely! It was perfectly located a stones throw away from a glorious private beach. Jill , the owner was polite, attentive and forgiving. We loved the house as it had strong WiFi, lots of natural light and cute beach decorated accents. We would have stayed longer if the house was free and we now know why it was all booked up! It’s perfect!

Jill was so easy to book thru. The location of the house is great, only 3 houses away from the beach, it was perfect for kids since there is a sandbar. We used the wagon every day to bring chairs and toys to the beach. The house itself is very good size and loved the central AC.

The house is perfect for our family. Lovely. Couldn’t ask for anything nicer. The central air is so comfortable. Great addition. Hope we can make it four years in a row.

We spent the week here with our 2 daughters and their husbands and grandchildren. The house was fabulous. There was plenty of living space, it was clean and there were so many amenities provided. The only negative thing was the beds are not the most comfortable. The walk to the beach was maybe 3 minutes. The beach was so nice and very private. There was just a lot of seaweed. We had a wonderful time and would love to go back again next summer. Thank you Jill!

We loved staying at Chris and Jills house during CGA graduation week. The house was spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. It was a perfect for location for getting back and forth to the academy for all the events. We will stay again if we pass through this way in the future.

Jill and Chris rented us their spacious beach house in a quiet neighborhood 100 steps from the beach for CGA graduation. The house has everything you need except the food. Loved having a garage especially when it rained. Location is very closes to shopping and the CGA. We had a small problem with the internet access and an ant problem both of which Jill responded to quickly and were corrected.

Lots of space & very clean

Stayed at this property for CGA Parents Weekend '16. This 3 BR home, in a quiet neighborhood, was very spacious and comfortable because of its open floor plan. Loved the beachy theme all throughout the house! Beach was just a couple houses down, a very short stroll from the house. It was close enough to the Academy (15 minutes at the most) to run back and forth when my in laws needed to rest, or pickup cadets to come hang out.

Fantastic stay this summer. The small (very quiet) beach was perfect for our 5-yr-old; we enjoyed finding shells and wadding on the sandbar. The sand was nice and clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. I found a few running routes that were safe, scenic and enjoyable. The little town of Niantic has some fun food options: the Black Sheep has a challenging trivia night on Tuesdays, Dad's was fantastic for casual grub (lobster grilled cheese, yes please!) and Lillian's was perfect for date night. The scenery is a little less than picturesque due to the train but if you can look past it you'll enjoy it. Mystic is only about 15 mins away - the aquarium is worth the trip and expense. I would not recommend Ocean Beach honestly; it was not very clean and when we were there the jelly fish were surging. If you are looking for a quiet, clean home with access to a private (albeit very small) beach this is a nice option. Tip: bring puzzles and/or crafts for the little ones and a few books for yourself if you're staying a full week.
