Ce condo 2BR Phoenix East est l'un des meilleurs sur la plage! Idéal pour un couple ou une famille. Il existe de nombreuses activités comprenant une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure chauffée, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même un bel espace gazebo pour se détendre pendant que vous dînez au barbecue.
Venez vous détendre sur le balcon au 11ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe, parfaitement situé au-dessus de la piscine extérieure. Le condo a une salle de bain complète du maître et la chambre principale a un lit king size. La chambre d'amis dispose de deux lits doubles et d'une salle de bain complète. Il y a également un canapé-lit dans le salon pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et a été récemment rénovée avec des comptoirs en granit et de nouvelles armoires. Les meubles du salon et les téléviseurs sont neufs. Il y a une télévision SMART de 55 'dans le salon, 50' dans la chambre principale et 40 'dans la chambre d'amis. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.

We enjoyed the stay in large part. The condo was ideal for the beach getaway my wife and I needed, and the 15-20% off-season occupancy (coupled with excellent weather) provided exactly what we were looking for to begin our stay. Noisy neighbors who showed up midweek left us wondering if these nearby neighbors were shuffling furniture on one side, and parents with a decent # of noisy kids vacationing on the other. Complaining didn’t seem like the right move, we’ll shop more properties (and ask more questions about adjacent room noise reports from prior guests) before booking in the future. We had stayed in a newer Phoenix property (and during summertime) previously, it seemed to offer better privacy by comparison. I’d rate this a 3.5 star overall, based on overall price value (a bit lower pricing would have garnered higher marks)

Very clean and beautifully decorated! The location is close to the end of the beach next to an inlet so there is plenty of boat watching. It was also less crowded than the other places were have stay at in Orange Beach. The condo is very spacious with a well stocked kitchen. The unit seems to be recently updated with a nice master shower and granite kitchen countertops. The unit is on the 11th floor with an amazing view of the beach. Loved that there was a table and lounger on the patio! I will definitely book this unit again in the future!

We had a great stay, the condo was clean, everything worked as it should, beds were very comfortable. A great vacation experience! Zero complaints. We also enjoyed watching the boats going thru the inlet to Perdido Bay from our balcony. The furniture on the balcony was very nice!

Our first time staying in the Phoenix, the location is wonderful, watching all the boats going out through Perdido pass. The unit 1104 was beautiful, we had a small issue, but it was solved very quickly. The facility was very clean and the staff always had smiles. We love the Phoenix properties, have tried others, but always return to them.

Good location....easy drive to restaurants, etc. Great views from the balcony and the place was very clean. Very spacious for the 3 of us.
Agree with a few other reviews about the sheets not fitting well and the mattress covers being a bit uncomfortable.
One of the elevators was down when we arrived, so that was a pain while we were unloading, but it was fixed by our 2nd day, so it got better.
Overall, it is a good rental unit and we had a great time there.

Stayed for MAIC, condo was nice except for whatever the owner had over the mattress. Either a bed bug or stain cover that caused the sheets to come off the mattress every night and get twisted around feet and balled up under body. Would not recommend to anyone that likes a good nights sleep. I would recommend the Phoenix East to a friend but not this unit. I have already booked for next year but in a different room.

I thought it was very nicely decorated abd clean . I enjoyed the view alot. It was spacious enough and had everything we needed. I was glad there was a washer and dryer because we washed almost everyday due to baseball tournaments.

Family vacation with grand children
Location was good. Place was alittle small for other 2BR we have stayed in. Bed sheets did not fit well. Not enough towels for number of quest- had to use washer and dryer more than usual. But would definitely stay in complex again-great pool for grand children.

Amazing rental!

Our family of 6 loved staying in this condo! It was updated, beautifully decorated and very clean. We appreciated the starter soaps, dish soap, washing powder and toilet paper. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and store food. It even had a blender, which we used to make smoothies! It was a fantastic condo and we would love to come back!
