Pelican Walk was a very clean resort. Pool area and parking area were well-kept and clean. Condo was clean with amazing views! We stayed in 808 which had comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We hope to return in the future. Thank You!

This was our second time to stay in this condo. This time we had 6 adults. Me, my husband, MIL, and 3 young adult kids, and Biscuit, my daughters dog. The layout of the condo was perfect for us. We had plenty of room. My favorite part again was the view from the balcony! I could have lived out there and can’t wait to come back!!

This is a beautiful Condo, in the most perfect location on the beach. Incredible sunset views for miles. The beach and property is quiet and well maintained. Linda is a pleasure to deal with. Condo was very clean upon arrival. This condo was very spacious for 8 people. The ocean and sunset views are absolutely breathtaking. Sounds of the ocean made this vacation very relaxing!

The condo is beautiful and the perfect space for my husband and I, our 2 Kiddos, 2 Grandparents, and our dog. The beach is gorgeous! The pool was heated, and there is a hot tub. The location was quieter than other stretches of beach (which we loved!) The people at the condo were all very nice.

You cannot beat this property for view of the ocean and location. It is away from the hubbub and quieter. Very well maintained and host is extremely prompt with correspondence. Stayed for a month & can't wait to go back!

We spent the month of January at this condo and it is beautiful with a fantastic view of the gulf from the large balcony. Linda was very responsive to our needs and the condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, etc. In addition, it is conveniently located to many restuarants, shops, grocery stores, and anything that you might need. The condo was very quiet and not much noise from the neighboring condos. I highly recommend this condo!

This was the perfect spot for our family. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. Close access to the beach, pools were never crowded and not far from some great restaurants. Having Waffle House right across the road came in very handy for breakfast! I would definitely stay here again.

My whole family had the best time. The condo and views were beautiful! The bedrooms gave us our own space, never felt crammed. Had all kitchen needs. Bathrooms stocked well with towels! Glad there were two pools, one pool started to get worked on during our trip. Short walk to beach, not too crowded even on Memorial Day weekend! We would love to stay again!

Wow! What an amazing condo Linda has. Beautiful and spacious. We had 7 people. 4 adults and 3 children. Never felt cramped. Plenty of room. The unit has been updated and kept up very nicely. On the 8th floor with a HUGE balcony. The sunsets were outstanding. Linda has the kitchen and bathrooms stocked with plenty of the basics like Dishes and towels. The beds all seem new and were pretty comfortable. Slept great the whole week. Pools are heated and nice. The beautiful white sand beach is just steps away. The area is pretty quiet. Far from the crazy college spring break area. Perfect for families. Linda herself was great. Always would respond within minutes if I had a question. Highly recommend booking this condo and definitely would again myself.

We were so happy with this rental. The host is kind and available and truly cared that we had a good stay. The unit is clean and well decorated and has plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The view is unbelievable and we enjoyed just sitting on the balcony with coffee or drinks and observing the beach and sunset each day. We absolutely loved our stay at Linda's condo. It was huge, newly updated, had great views of the ocean and was immaculately clean. I've been coming to panama city since a child and this is the nicest, most spacious condo I have stayed in. Linda was also very responsive and replied immediately when I had any questions. Everything is as described. The apartment is in pristine conditions; great location; excellent décor, and very comfortable furniture. We had a wonderful time. Linda is a great host and very responsive. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a memorable vacation.

This was the second time I have stayed in this unit and it is by far my favorite unit at Pelican Walk. I have stayed in 3 other units at this complex and it is the nicest and most up to date. I especially love the kitchen and the large walk in shower in the master suite. In fact after my first stay there a couple years ago I had my own bathroom renovated and built a similar shower in my house. I will certainly be staying there again in the future. Also, it is pet friendly which is a prerequisite for our trips.

The condo was well furnished, clean and classy, cozy and welcoming. The beach view was beautiful. My whole family enjoyed our stay. Daily walks on the beach on sunny days was a relaxing, healing Godsend to each of us. So happy and blessed to have found this home available! Thank you!!!

Location was nice Cleanliness of condo was poor Our last day there we had no water, some type maintenance issue, but was a inconvenience, and we called about it, never got answer on how long and why. Beds were uncomfortable

The owner was fantastic to work with - great communication! The place was beautiful and we will definitely be renting this place again!
