The warm welcome and friendliness of the hotel staff. I was given two rooms in a hotel instead of the booked apartment and free breakfast as a commercial gesture.
I arrived at midnight, but the apartment key didn't work, so I contacted the hotel reception, and they sent me someone with another key which didn't work also. I had to wait two hours to solve the problem, while I was traveling tomorrow.

The apartment was spacious and I was happy that we could do some washing as we had been travelling for 2 weeks. Internet access. Nespresso coffee machine.
The television didn't work. There was no kettle or toaster. The kitchen could be better equiped (e.g. plates, bowls, cups).
Had to open the door to the bathroom balcony as it had a bit of an odour.

The property is big, comfortable and well-ventilated. Heating is excellent. We really enjoyed the balconies.
Indicated that our time of arrival is 3-4pm. No one is around when we got there at 3:45pm. We had to wait for 20 minutes to get the keys.
