It isa very comfortable two bedroom. It was an updated space, and it didn't feel crowded at all. Great location to the beach and also has a pool in the complex. My family had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Such a great condo! We had everything we needed! Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cookware & bakeware,…. This was our 3rd vacation in Brigantine, enjoyed each place, but this condo was perfect. Pool was crystal clean, temp perfect everyday. The path to the beach is pretty & an easy stroll, The condo has a hall closet filled with board games, carry shopping bags & two new boogie boards! Great time had be all…we will be back! Thank you again Eric for having us at your awesome condo 😊

Great location, beautiful beaches. Only downside was the pool was supposed to be open, but management closed it 2 weeks early. The owner of the unit we stayed in was great! There was construction on the property and he compensated us quite well for the inconvenience at no request. We will definitely be returning! Private beach, quiet location of the property, quick access to all the shopping and eating, nice view of AC without the noise and nuisances of the gambling capital of the area. All in all, a wonderful trip!

Condo was just as pictured and just what we needed for a few days at the beach. The pool was a great added perk.

2 BR condo was clean and updated. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable, including pull-out couch. Hallways/lobby in building is a little outdated though. Main pool was nice alternative to the beach which was a good 7-minute walk from the condo (recommend bringing wagon for chairs/belongings). Would have liked to go to the adult pool but only open on weekends. Good location - 5 minute walk to tennis/pickleball courts. Eric was very responsive to questions/concerns. Overall, I recommend it for a nice family vaca at the beach.

The condo was clean and had all the amenities we required. Great location. The beach was beautiful, not over crowded and relaxing. Its about a 10 minute drive to AC to hit the boardwalk and other activities.

Property was updated and clean, with lost of “extras”. We loved having a washer and dryer for example. Brigantine is a very clean quiet and beautiful place

Booked a 2-night stay at Eric's condo to use as a "home-base" for an AAU basketball tournament being played at the AC Convention Center. It was only a few minutes away and provided an "escape" from the Atlantic City scene and a perfect spot to relax between and after games. The condo is immaculate and the furnishings are quite new. I was a bit concerned when we first walked in the door to the exterior unit as there was an overpowering smell of disinfectant in the common areas, but this did not carry into the condo itself. I'd stress that future renters ensure they get the parking permit on their rearview mirror ASAP - they do tow from the lot quite frequently. In summary, this was a great spot and I would reach out to Eric again if I need to stay near AC on the Jersey Shore. Thanks, Tom

The unit was very nice, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable like other reviews said. Eric was very good at getting back to questions quickly. I wish I would have read more reviews prior to booking. The one end of the building did face the ocean however the unit was in the middle of the building and only ramp access to get everything into the unit was at the opposite end. This would not have been so bad had we not had two children under 2 and lots of items to carry in. The beach was awesome and not crowded at all however the walk there with a loaded beach cart and wagon for the children was a bit much. For someone with just a beach bag and chair, the walk was long but doable. It would have been easier on most days to just go to the pool but children in diapers were not allowed in the pools. There was a kiddie pool but it was extremely cold and not heated at all. So going to the pool with the children was not an option. So overall, if you don’t have small children, want a nice quiet place to stay and an uncrowded beach, this place would be great. But if you have small children, I would not recommend.

The condo was beautiful. Everything was appealing to look at and beds in bedrooms were dreams to sleep on. Bring a blow up to sleep on if you need one more bed in the living room. The pull out couch bed was not useable. Other than that we slept 6 comfortably with the best nights sleep and amazing air conditioning. Best condo ever. Ages 89 to 20. All so happy!!!loved this place.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 - and I know could sleep up to 7 - very clean and updated / taken care of - loved that it’s on the 1st floor, pool was great after the beach, we have always loved Brigantine beach and so we enjoyed the beach and island restaurants. Would stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this property and so worth it. I felt as if this was a home away from home. The condo is very clean and the furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen has been remodeled and super clean. Eric, the owner, is pleasant and responds quickly to any messages. We are booking for next year and the third time. Highly recommend.,
