This beautiful little spot in Brewster is a must. Tom and Marcia were so welcoming and kind and recommended wonderful places along the Cape, their hospitality was a real addition to our experience! Thanks guys, we would return in a heartbeat!

What a great experience staying at Host Tom and Marcia’s studio tree house. They supplied all that was needed for a clean, comfortable, quiet and welcoming stay. We truly enjoyed hearing about all the adventures they shared about Cape Cod. Thank you both for your kindness and hope to see you next summer!!

I loved this natural cabin-in the-woods style unit. It is clean and feels new with a lovely fresh pine scent. I think most people will fall in love with it. Beautiful location. Off the beaten path but with quick access to Brewster and OrleansIt sits atop a clean, handsome second structure on the property. that can serve as a garage, but do not be thrown by the garage doors, It is totally quiet, there was no other activity; we had the entire structure to ourselves. it is a lovely place, ensconced among many trees - a great find. Tom and Marcia made sure we comfortably settled and gave us their number for any questions. This is a goodie!

Great place to stay, very comfortable and outdoor shower was great. Tom and Marcia are great hosts and a lot of fun. Personal bike tour of beaches and local haunts was a bonus! Marcia is an excellent photographer - ask about her pictures to memorialize your stay - we did and got 4 great pictures to take home.

Tom and Marcia's property is so, so quiet and restful. We kept the windows opened (it was a cool week) and went to sleep with the crickets chirping. The decor is lovely, the bed comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor shower at the end of a day of fun on the Cape. The location is also perfect - near 6A but tucked away in a lovely neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Truly a hidden gem in Brewster. We we’re provided with the best quality cooler, chairs, and beach bags! In the perfect spot to explore all of cape cod. Tom and Marcia we’re very accommodating and quick to provide recommendations. Very peaceful & private. Definitely recommend!

Excellent hosts with extensive knowledge of the beach and food scene (The Beachcomber was a fun casual beach dinner, and The Pearl was an incredible culinary spot), generous beach supplies and toiletries to use, and accommodations that are unique and cozy. Marcia and Tom were flexible when we needed a booking adjustment, and even gifted us a bottle of champagne to celebrate the honeymoon trip! We loved our stay and will remember the experience fondly.

Great week on Cape Cod
My wife and I had a great getaway. Perfect place for the two of us. Very clean and well furnished, nice attention to detail by the hosts. They provided everything needed for a great week, new beach chairs, coolers, towels. Furniture, bed and linens were super comfortable. Tom and Marcia were great. They have been in the area a long time and had great advice on what to do, where to go and things that were good to skip. If they were not booked we would go back next month.

Great Vacation!
We had an awesome time at the "treehouse". Cozy and very comfortable and much more spacious than you would think. It was so nice that sheets and towels were included as it was one less thing to pack. Tom and Marcia were great hosts and we enjoyed talking with them. Lovely area with so much to do. I'd highly recommend and hope to return. -Diane & Bruce

It was a convienent location and everything was provided that you needed . The surroundings were bucolic and you felt you were in the treetops.

Perfect for our needs
We came to Cape Cod to go biking on the trials. Tom, it turned out, was THE expert on the subject (and many other things!) The “Tree House” was beautiful inside- the photos don’t do it justice. It had everything we needed for a few simple meals in too. The outside shower was fun too. ❤️❤️❤️

nice location.quiet neighborhood. Sweet spot amongst the treetops. Rough wood cabinlike inside, but with flat screen TV and A/C! Very comfortable. Stairs to upper level could be issue for some folks.

Amazing treehouse-like room
The location is convenient for exploring most of cape cod and the room was extremely clean. The outdoor shower was interesting as well. Would stay again.

We had a terrific Labor Day stay in this unique property. Property is like an immaculate ski chalet, mountain side, with exposed beams and wood and yet it's at the Cape with an outside shower! Tom is an incredibly accommodating host, lives nearby onsite, was available anytime we needed a tip on restaurants/beaches/bars and responded quickly to an inquiry by email or text. QUIET neighborhood, yet anything you want nearby. Stay here; it's a GEM!

Great Cape Getaway
With just the right amount of space for two people, Tom's simple, beachy spot made for a great base of operations for our time on the Cape. It's well situated only a few minutes from some great beaches, as well as ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, and just a short drive to stores and shops. Tom is a great host, knowledgeable on the area and quick to offer suggestions and recommendations. We're already planning our trip back.

Rustic and modern
Daughter and I enjoyed our visit. The cabin-like atmosphere of the loft was charming—open floor plan promoted the together time we wanted and the outdoor shower was fun. A/C & Roku were available as needed. We were completely comfortable.

The tree house
We loved the place. It is very conveniently located near Rte 6A, 10mn from the bay, 10mn from Sheep's Pond. Very private, despite the fact that the apartment is on top of the garage. And Tom is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of privacy boundaries.
The many windows give you the tree house feeling. And with enough bug juice the small patio is very comfortable and very private.
The outside shower is great with plenty of hot water; the kitchen is a bit rudimentary if you want to cook a dinner, but just fine for lighter fare; the fridge might need to be upgraded. Overall, a great experience.

The Treehouse
This hideaway is lovely. Very clean and well-stocked with amenities. Tom and Marcia are wonderful hosts. Brewster is a good launch site to explore up and down the cape, bay side and ocean side.

Perfect 'Tree House' Great Location
We loved our stay in this property. We had everything that we needed plus some. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and very convenient to the main road. Tom was very helpful and informative. We would love to stay in this property on our next trip to the Cape.
