Le condo est directement sur la plage à l'extrémité ouest du 2e étage, permettant aux clients de profiter non seulement de la vue de face du golfe, mais également de superbes vues sur la plage qui s'étend vers l'ouest. Profitez de la vue à travers les très grandes portes vitrées qui maximisent la vue sur la plage depuis l'intérieur du salon du condo, la chambre principale et même l'évier de la cuisine. Le balcon spacieux a des sièges confortables pour 8-10. Le complexe de condos a un accès à la plage privée, un parking fermé sécurisé, 2 piscines, 1 chauffée en hiver, une douche extérieure, des ascenseurs et deux zones de barbecue sont situées à chaque extrémité des piscines.

This condo was in the perfect location! Right by everything. Gift shops, bakeries, restaurants, it was right in the middle of and right off the beach. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay. Only a little disappointed in view. Nothing host can do about it. Palm trees blocked most the view to gulf. Condo was nice. Beds comfy. Would stay here again.

Great location. Easy parking and access to the unit. The view is not a million dollar view. In fact, the majority of the view is largely obstructed by palm trees. If you look off at a 45 degree angle, you can see the beach and water, but the view out front is completely obstructed. The unit itself is ok. Typical tile floor. The furniture is not comfortable at all and the couch has some stains. The beds were fine. The kitchen is ok, but the utensils are a potpourri of random assorted items. The trash chute is located right outside and up a couple of stairs, so that was good. Do not rely on their cart and beach items. Strongly advise that you bring your own things, which we did so no worries. The outdoor bbq for the building is located right in front of the balcony, fyi. Beach access is excellent and it is a great beach. They offer a wash station to get the sand off when you return, which was a nice touch. All in all, an average rental.

The sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. Condo is a great size, location is great and washer/dryer is a plus. The wagon is a life saver as we’re unused to the longer walk to the beach. Great time!

This condo was perfectly situated on the island. It was in the middle of the island, across from the few restaurants and stores on the island. The condo was located on the second floor end unit. We had beautiful views. We were again close to everything. Parking, elevator, pool and beach. It was quiet and laid back. Perfect if you want to get away from everything.

My husband and I had a great vacation with my daughter and her best friend. The owners were great at communication and very friendly! We loved the extras like the wagon to help carry our stuff out to the beach (it's a small trek out to the water with all your stuff!), the fan (bc I like the sound of a fan while sleeping and forgot mine) and the dvds to enjoy. I would recommend bringing your own pillows. The pillows in master were quite flat. Otherwise, everything was great! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We can't wait to return! Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I had a great vacation with my daughter and her best friend. The owners were great at communication and very friendly! We loved the extras like the wagon to help carry our stuff out to the beach (it's a small trek out to the water with all your stuff!), the fan (bc I like the sound of a fan while sleeping and forgot mine) and the dvds to enjoy. I would recommend bringing your own pillows. The pillows in master were quite flat. Otherwise, everything was great! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We can't wait to return! Nice island
Our family of 6 enjoyed the stay. Plenty of room in the condo and plenty of open parking spots. The kids loved the two swimming pools at the property. We caught about 15 fish and a stingray from the beach right when it started getting dark. The check in process and communication with the owners was great. I suggest getting a bbq sandwich from across the street and going to pirates bar and grill down the road a couple miles for dinner.

Absolutely loved my stay at this cute condo! Corner unit, so very nice balcony view. Spent a lot of time enjoying it! Also it has very nice patio furniture to relax on. The property is well maintained (the unit as well as the entire property). This unit was convenient to stairs on side so easy beach and pool access. Master bedroom very spacious with comfy bed and huge jacuzzi/shower. Guest bedrooms have two full beds with comfy mattress. Slept like a baby entire trip! This condo has everything you need and even games and DVDs to enjoy. Air/heat works great and super nice and new full size washer and dryer. The owner (Gerald) was a pleasure to communicate with. He is honest, friendly and dependable. I highly recommend this condo and I look forward to a future visit myself! 😃

Beautiful condo with amazing view! The owner is very helpful and easy to contact with any questions. Nice location on 2nd floor right by the stairs , which was great to avoid using elevator. The beaches are beautiful and not crowded, which made for a great relaxing vacation!

Dauphin Island and this condo met and exceeded our expectations. The location is gorgeous and the views of the beach are beautiful. We met up with other family and all ages from 1 year old to 79 years old enjoyed this beach very much. It was so wonderful that there was an elevator to make it easier to bring up our stuff. All the appliances were in working order. We cooked in a lot during our vacation and it was so nice to be able to grill outside by the pool. The owners are very responsive. I would love to come here again!

This was our first trip to Dauphin Island and we enjoyed it thoroughly despite some weather challenges. The condo is extremely well stocked and clean. The location of the unit in the building could not have been more ideal. Not only do you have some great ocean and sunset views because it's on the corner, but it's also great logistically. The condo is on the west end of the building on the 2nd floor, so you can park in the parking lot and walk right up the stairs to the door. You can also access the pool area & entrance to the beach by going through the gate on the side of the building instead of dealing with the elevators and the lobby. This may not matter to most people, but if you have 3 boys (ages 5, 9 & 13) this is the absolute best! The pool area is very well maintained and beach access is easy.
The unit is within easy walking distance to a few shops & eateries. We also found it easy to walk down to the public beach area and a playground a couple blocks away. There are also several amazing places to eat within a short drive while remaining on the island.
The owners were excellent with communication and sent timely information as needed and provided detailed instructions throughout the entire process. Every time we had a question, they had it covered. I even had a few questions before we booked and the owners were prompt with their response. Very nice people! Check-in & check-out process were easy. We definitely plan on returning in the future!
