Das Appartement war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und der Blick vom Balkon war ein Traum, einfach malerisch.
Toni hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und über WhatsApp sehr freundlich verabschiedet.
Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch mit Freunden und wünschen ihm und seiner Familie alles Gute.

Sehr netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Toni, dem Vermieter. Er hat uns kurz besucht, uns willkommen geheißen und uns jederzeit Hilfe angeboten. Es gab Tipps für Unternehmungen, Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuche. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Zum Empfang lag Wasser und Wein im Kühlschrank. Blumen gab es auch. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Blick auf Marina und Meer und wunderbarem Sonnenaufgang. Für uns ein perfektes Appartement. Wenn überhaupt gibt es zwei Dinge, die verbessert werden könnten. Ein paar Gläser aufstocken und ein oder zwei Liegen auf der Terrasse.

Everything was great! From how the property looked like to the view. Plus, the owner was super communicative, sent me detailed instructions on how to enter the property and gave me some tips about the beaches and the restaurants around. Totally recommend it!

It is perfectly situated in the heart of beautiful Portocolom overlooking the marina. The view from the terrace is something to behold.

Toni’s apartment was far nicer than the pictures showed. The location was exceptional, beautiful views (and parking was no problem, we always found a spot close by). Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Toni left a manual detailing all the restaurants and beaches that were worth visiting (amongst other helpful tips for enjoying Portocolom). He was always available to assist with whatever we needed help with.

The apartment is modern, well structured and nicely decorated, very clean and with everything you need in a home - including the air conditioning system, which is really helpful during summer; located on third floor and very quiet, despite having a restaurant at ground level and a road in front - there is no noise impact at all. A large terasse, east facing, has a great view of the Portocolom marina and of spectacular sunrises. There are free car parking spaces on the road in front and also in the area. A good choice of restaurants and terasses along the front of marina if you want to enjoy the local cuisine and, of course, fresh sea food. The location offers lots of opportunities for outdoor activities, for example running , cycling, sea sports or boat trips. If you don't want to go to a large, organised, crowded beach, you also have the option of enjoying a few small sandy beaches with clear water within a 15-20 minutes walking. And one more thing, maybe the most important - the hospitality of the hosts, Toni and Julia. I really appreciated Toni's communication before getting to the appartment, his willingness to help, the friendly attitude and I must admit the complementary items that were waiting for us in the appartment - a bottle of wine, water, ice cream, salted almonds; what a wonderful treat at the end of a long travelling day! The whole experience was a nice surprise and we are definitely thinking of returning to Es Varadero.
The appartment is on third floor and access is via stairs, so while this is not a problem for majority of the people it might be a bit difficult if you have heavy suitcases or if you have a disability.

Portocolom is the place to choose if you want to relax and recharge in Mallorca, and this apartment is bright, spacious and in a very good location with a wonderful terrace over the harbour. The bedroom is very silent and the bed comfortable. Toni is a great host, even if we couldn't meet because of Covid measures: he prepared everything for us and gave a lot of advice and support. If you want to experience a more authentic side of Mallorca, the apartment is perfect for you!

The apartment is beautiful and the view from the terrace is amazing, it’s an ideal apartment for a small family or 2 couples.
Everything is so well looked after and the host was so informative and helpful.
Such a welcome and relaxing break from the pandemic, it was easy to forget the situation and the host followed all the rules and we felt very safe and comfortable.

The balcony and view are wonderful. The sunrise is spectacular.
The location is fantastic for restaurants, bars, walks around the area and access to beautiful calas by car.
