Venez vivre et jouer comme un local dans notre appartement d'inspiration côtière, dans la section très convoitée de Sand, à quelques pas du célèbre sable blanc de Manhattan Beach, en Californie. Ce grand studio de 700 pieds carrés est situé au dernier étage de notre maison, avec une entrée privée, un parking pour une voiture et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter au mieux de la vie à la plage. Il se trouve à quelques pas de la jetée et du centre-ville, le cœur de la ville (ainsi que de Hermosa Beach), qui regorge de restaurants décontractés ou raffinés, de boutiques et de magasins.
Cette maison est nouvellement construit et achevé en mai 2015. Il est idéalement situé sur l'une des walkstreets célèbres de Manhattan Beach, six maisons du sable et de la piste cyclable à l'extrémité sud souhaitable.
Le Surf Room est notre grand studio orienté à la plage. Il a beaucoup de place pour se détendre, ainsi que le stockage suffisant (crochets pour suspendre plage attirail, serviettes et sacs de plage, casiers de stockage). Il dispose d'un espace salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, d'un espace bar pour le café du matin et / ou des boissons et des collations d'après-midi, beaucoup de sièges pour traîner juste. Vous aurez également accès à un patio extérieur privé avec vue sur notre belle plage. Et parking pour une voiture juste devant votre porte! Notre famille aime, et nous aimerions partager avec vous.

Stayed for 3 nights in mid January and had a great time. Location is perfect and walking distance to downtown MB. If you are trying to work remotely, may want to bring your own hot spot as WiFi is somewhat spotty. Otherwise, highly recommend!

This lovely studio is right across the street from the ocean. The private outdoor patio gives you a view of the water and is surrounded by lush greenery. The pier is only a 10 minute walk that offers plenty of restaurants and quaint stores. The hosts couldn’t be more hospitable. This was our second stay here and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Manhattan Beach is our happy place!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Surf Room. It was the perfect location and we absolutely loved having access to an outdoor space with a view of the ocean. It was clean and was as advertised. The only comment we would make is it gets stuffy in the room as there is no air conditioning and there is only one small window that opens for circulation. Something to consider if you are planning on staying during the summer. There were fans provided which did help. This is not a complaint, simply a preference for me and my husband. We absolutely would stay again at the Surf Room and so should you!!

Great property in an ideal location. Owner was so accommodating and always available. My wife and I spent most of our time on the patio as the weather was so nice. We will be back!

This place was perfect. The owners are lovely! They communicated was excellent! They had bikes we could use, the house is clean and decorated so cute! The patio has an ocean view. We loved everything about our stay! We hope to go back soon.

We stayed at Phil & Mica’s Surf Room for our daughter’s graduation and they made us feel welcome from our very first communication! The space is thoughtfully arranged & furnished while the location is ideal. We especially enjoyed early morning coffee on the terrace.. Friendly neighborhood, easy walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Kitchenette= Great! Has microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, sink, and a nice counter. Perfect for warming up soup, which I did!
Bathroom= spacious. Love the shower!
Beach= Ah!!! Right there! There is use of a patio space that overlooks the ocean. The ocean is across a small street and down a small hill. Lots of people out walking, running, biking, surfing, playing volleyball, and enjoying life!
Safety: located in a beautiful residential area, I felt completely safe traveling alone.
Restaurants + shops= close by
I didn't get a chance to enjoy the bikes, but they are available for guests to use.
Highly recommend this amazing spot in Manhattan Beach!!!

My daughter and I stayed here for Easter. It was a great and comfortable space. The unit is on the bottom floor, and the owners live directly above the rented area. They are very helpful and attentive to the renter’s needs.

This spot is in the perfect location. Just a block away from the beach, and 10 mins from all the restaurants and shops! The room was spacious and clean, nice little kitchen area, comfy bed, and the outdoor area was nice to enjoy! The owners are very communicative, they live right above in case you need anything. You may hear their elevator and cat meowing but other than that it was pretty quiet!! We would stay again!

Beautiful, clean, and relaxing stay - you HAVE to stay here!
Mica and Phil were the most wonderful and kind hosts of this beautiful, clean, and perfectly located studio stay. The unit was comfortable, extremely clean, and incredibly well-stocked with towels, a robe, toiletry essentials, beach gear (including chairs, and umbrella) and bicycles for us to use. Not that we needed them, because everything was within a short walking distance. I thoroughly enjoyed getting up every morning to the sound of the ocean, and walking to pick up coffee. The patio that you have exclusive access to is also a thing of dreams - nothing better than lounging with a view of the ocean while working remotely. They have clearly paid so much attention to detail in the space, and what makes for a comfortable stay, and it really showed. Thank you Mica and Phil for opening your home for our fabulous getaway!

Wonderful Get Away
Our stay here in Manhattan Beach was incredible. The hosts made it super easy and accommodating to check in and get acquainted. The location is perfect, just a quick walk to the beach, the strand, and the pier. It is also a quick bike ride to Hermosa. Lots of great restaurants and things to do. The patio outside made for a relaxing time while watching the sunset. We will definitely be planning a return trip.

Perfect beach vacation!
We had an awesome time at the surf room! Location is perfect. Quite, clean, and super close to the beach. Bikes and surf boards were available for use, which is super convenient given location next to the beach and the strand. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Unbelievable place and location!
Philip and Micas surf room was the most perfect place for our trip to MB. They were always there if we had any questions and provided us with many things to use at the beach like bikes and surfboards. The surf room was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. It makes you feel right at home. I am so happy we booked their place and will definitely be back!!

Cozy beach getaway
My first impression of the Surf Room was amazement at the surf-related theming: art, bedsheets, coasters, etc. Much more fun that staying in a bland hotel. The room is on the ground floor of a lovely modern home. The owners live upstairs, but noise wasn't an issue. Parking is provided, but I found it easy not to have a vehicle. The Manhattan Beach retail district is a 5-minute walk. Hermosa Beach is within walking distance, too. The beach is mere steps away, and The Strand provides scenic strolling or biking (bicycles and helmets are provided with the rental). The owners contacted me immediately were helpful in providing what I needed for my stay. Awesome spot for solo travelers or couples looking to soak up some sun.
