Ce petit trésor est situé dans le centre de New New Hamphire, qui est absolument magnifique! Assurer la paix et la tranquillité pour certains, pour d'autres, une conclusion reposante à la fin d'une journée remplie d'une ou plusieurs des nombreuses grandes aventures qui vous attendent au New Hampshire. La location comprend 5 kayaks et un pagayeur debout seasonal (en saison). Pêche toute l'année. Pêche sur glace incroyable! Sur le côté droit de la maison une minute de belle promenade rustique à la plage qui est la famille et les enfants amicaux avec surveillant-sauveteur (saisons) La maison est proche de tout; Cependant, il offre intimité et tranquillité. La maison est complètement meublée. Le générateur se met automatiquement en marche si le courant est coupé. Le nouveau système de chauffage vous assure de la tranquillité, de longues douches chaudes et de la chaleur pendant les mois d'hiver. La maison fonctionne avec des contrôleurs de fumée contrôlés mensuellement et des détecteurs de monoxyde de carbone. Nos prix sont adaptés pour vous et vos invités à profiter de cette belle propriété et son emplacement privilégié. Vous ne serez pas déçu. We were a group of friends stayed couple nights and enjoyed it so much. The house is a : Wow… way better inside that the looks from website… Everything is almost new, very well maintained. Kitchen very well equipped, both bathroom clean and fancy lighting, sofa and recliner very comfortable. The best of all was the view of lake from living room and cleanness. Thebads were very comfortable too. We will definitely book this house in future.

Location met the needs of our group. Was clean and comfortable with a cozy fire pit. Met expectations. Providing bath linens for guests would have been a nice touch of convenience. In my case our trip involved five rentals - this was the only one where these weren't provided and definitely helps a traveler to avoid the necessity of packing these.

The property was amazing--great location, super nice and new, fun for the family! We didn't take advantage of all of the fun things they had--wish we could have stayed longer! The only minor inconveniences is that we had to bring our own towels and washcloths. We'd stay there AGAIN, without a doubt. Thanks to the wonderful hosts!

The property is exactly what you see in the photos. Very clean and has a beautiful outdoor deck with a wonderful view. This is the first vrbo rental with no towels. That was a surprise. Misunderstanding with gaining entry, but finally worked out. I would recommend this property.

The property was good. However, I was very surprised to find out (2 days before our arrival and after we had left home) that bath towels weren't provided. This wasn't stated in the property listing. We had to find towels at the last minute.

The property was exactly as advertised. We really appreciate the honest and accurate photos and description of the property. The owner was terrific to work with. No surprises or problems. We had a great weekend and all of the guests said they would recommend the property and we hope to come back next year.

Wonderful house with all the stuff you could ever need for a fun lake vacation. My boys are all fishermen and they had a blast pulling in fish after fish. The house is very clean and nicely appointed. It was nice to have AC, not a common feature in northern NH. We have already booked this house again for next summer!

The Birch-Willow Lake House is such an amazing place to stay and the location couldn’t be any better! Direct access to kayaking and paddle boarding, a short walk to the beach, and central to so many restaurants, breweries, and activities. The house has a modern cabin charm we were looking for. The updated kitchen and open concept is a dream! We loved hanging out on the back deck enjoying the lovely view of Hermit Lake. Super baby friendly spot, which we really appreciated. We can’t wait to come back!

My family and cousins met her for a couple nights at the lake, we truly enjoyed our stay! The home is beautifully situated on the lake with complete privacy and over 8 kayaks, plus a canoe and paddle board. All 8 of us were able to have our own kayak and enjoyed the beach area too. A beautiful and comfortable deck for our morning coffee with an outstanding view. The beds were comfortable and the home was perfect for us 8! The firepit was perfect for making s’mores snd talking about all the fun we had that day. We will definitely be back! Anna & Tony we’re also available and easy to connect with while on our stay for questions we had.

The house is perfect with a lot of room. It is very pretty. The spot is right down a short street from the beach where you can swim and sit out. They provide kayaks you can use. The owners are very nice.

Everything about this home is clean and comfortable, with some of the best beds I've ever slept in away from home. The kitchen is new, and the open concept is great for visiting while preparing and sharing meals. The lake and swimming area are conveniently located, and we found fun things to do nearby, such as blueberry picking at a local farm. We had a great time!

Our family looks forward to vacationing together every year! Our 3 kids are grown…. Our 2 daughters have boyfriends who always join us. We had so much fun! It is the perfect get away to spend quality time together! Lake Hermit in the backyard was a bonus! We all took the kayaks out and enjoyed the gorgeous views! My husband and son went fishing each morning and had a blast together. We all went hiking at the Flume Gorge- such an experience! We all loved it! We also road the rails in Laconia! So cool, lots of laughs with the fam! This house was perfect. We all had our own rooms and slept comfortably. We enjoyed the huge deck. Coffee in the morning looking out at the lake and listening to the sounds of nature was so relaxing. It’s where we laughed, danced and shared memories! The hosts are so sweet and available to answer any questions you may have. A definite choice for a vacation getaway!!!

When we first walked in with our two young children we thought the photos didn't do it justice! We loved that the deck had gates to block the stairs. The A/C worked amazing on the hot days. We were unaware we needed to bring our own bath towels but there was a Walmart close by. And we did bring sippy cups for the kids. Only glass was available. Overall great stay and comfortable clean beds!

I rented this property for my husband and approx. 4-6 other guy friends for the weekend. It was local to all the lakes region golf courses they wanted to hit. All of the guys that stayed at the property said it was remarkable and would love to stay again and have more time to utilize all the amenities like fishing, kayaking, etc. We'll likely rent again for a long weekend soon. Booking again for next year. That tells you everything. This was my very first rental attempt. It was absolutely immaculate. Beautiful lake cabin, deceptively large and many well planned features (like blue tooth stereo speakers in the bathroom!). The deck was thoroughly peaceful and the overhang let us sit out and listen to the rain and peep frogs without getting wet. I could wake up to that lake view every day! My daughter LOVED the loft area and made good use of the kayaks. I’m a nature photographer so it was heaven for me. Begged the owners to sell this property to me but I couldn’t convince them (yet!). I pretty much cried when I had to leave this little piece of heaven. Quiet, but close to town. We drove to Vermont and up to Jackson NH on beautiful back roads. You WILL NOT go wrong booking this property.

We stayed through a cold weekend of single digits with negative windchill, and we were warm and toasty inside the whole time. The hosts, Tony and Anna, were both incredibly communicative, helpful, quick to respond, flexible, and accommodating. The cabin has a charming, rustic feel but all of its amenities are modern and up-to-date (the kitchen, the heating, the bathrooms, etc.) We all remarked that the beds were the comfiest beds we have ever slept in at a rental. There were cute signs and art scattered around the home that felt warm and friendly. Plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out. The double-decker back porch is beautiful and spacious with a great overlook of the lake. We had so much fun in the winter time that we can't wait to come back during the summer months to use the firepit, grill, kayaks, and the lake. This home was a wonderful location for our friends reunion and indeed allowed us a beautiful space to make great memories. 10/10 would recommend a stay here for a lovely and relaxing weekend. The house is very spacious and super cozy! It is located in a very nice area. It was winter when we rented the house and even with cold weather, we managed to have lots of fun, doing many activities, and we were able to build so many great memories. Our mini vacation was so pleasant, we have plans to come back in the summer.
