The accomodation was at a perfect location to relax and enjoy the endless blue. Everything was of a great taste but what made our stay unique was Jean-Pierre's unprecedent hospitality, kindness and willingness to satisfy his guests. Don't miss the breakfast, everything is home-made and Jean-Pierre always has a surprise for the guests. We wish to be back in future!

The villa is an architectural gem with a minimalist design that is appeasing to the eye and the mind, just like the surrounding landscape. While it provided us with all the privacy that we wanted, we also enjoyed the possibility to hang out with the other guests and especially with the villa's owner (and soul!). We definitely recommend it and, Jean-Pierre, thanks for ensuring quality in everything and hope to see you again next year!

We were wondering where the taxi was taking us and anticipated anxiously to see where the villa was, but in the wilderness of Kea we discovered our Shangri-La. What a beautiful villa, what a magnificent location!!! Superb ambience and above all, the charismatic owner Jean Pierre who's charming personality, genuine smile and friendly manner made us feel relaxed and at home the moment we walked in.

There are always minor things that can be corrected and always like to leave room for improvement of material things as we move ahead in our lives but in this case I won't give a 9 to Jean Pierre, he deserves a big 10 because of his charismatic and charming personality.

I thought I booked a private villa instead it was a communal. Misleading advertising, no cleaning, no service and eventhough you thought it would be private 3 other couples came around, it needed 22euros to go to the rown. Very flar... We had tao take out our own garbage after paying 184eueo per night

NOTHING AT ALL

Everything was perfect Jean Pierre made us feel like home the breakfast was delicious & also the view from the villa was stunning really hope to go back next year

Where to start? Simply put, everything was brilliant. The hosts were really helpful and made us feel like home. The view was breathtaking! Our room was clean and tidy and the bed was really comfortable. Also, and despite that we were staying there in the middle of August, our room was cool throughout the day without using the A/C (which is provided anyway). Location-wise, the property is centrally located which makes visiting every spot on the island really easy. We will definitely stay there again if we decide to visit Kea in the future.

It is a bit tricky to find the property but the host contacted us well in advance of our arrival and provided detailed instructions. Also, there is a short (1.3km) gravel road to access the property but nothing that a small car (not 4x4) cannot handle.
