Very dirty, hair left on the pillows, poop left over on towels and a ton of dog hair

Really liked the location. Property was nice and had room for the whole family.
Would have been perfect with AC and a pool. I'm sure its better in winter, but in summer it was hot.

The location and accommodations. It was a rocks throw away from the bike path and trails and dining. The family room invited an environment for family fun and entertainment. Coming from a region that is hot during the summer the cool nights were a God sent.
It did not have enough wash clothes for the amount of people staying. Could improve the access to the the location, had an issue with the keypad. Also, could use a TV in the master bed room. Because of Covid-19 all of the spa/hot tubs were closed it would have been great to have communicated that in the beginning.
