Приятен хотел. Останахме доволни. Персоналът беше внимателен и отзивчив. Локацията е отлична - през задната врата се излиза на пешеходната улица на стария град.
Не предлагаха закуска по времето, когато ние посетихме хотела. Недостатъчен брой места за паркиране.

A comfortable, clean hotel in the centre of the historical cultural area. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Easy parking at the hotel.
It would have been good if a kettle and cups were available in the room for making hot drinks outside of cafe opening times, especially in the morning.

Excellent location, close to the main places to visit. The stuff was more than helpful, gave us tips and even came with us to show us where to park the car.
Hotel itself is so spacious and stylish 😎! We stayed in an apartment and it was fantastic. Amazing place

Staff and support to have a parking place. One member of staff follow us in finding a parking place which is by the way a real challenge in the down town old city.
My room and I believe all the rooms of hotel were very noisy (traffic and 100% of rooms have windows to main road).
Not as clean as I could expect (i.e. hair in the fridge), but I would not say neither dirty.
Bathroom has no shower tub but just a shower suspended on the wall and water goes everywhere in the bathroom.

Central location (old town). Comfortable room. Parking was provided. The small backyard was a nice bonus.

The hotel owners and staff were the friendliest and most helpful people possible! Exceptional service.
The hotel room looked exactly like it does on the pictures - it was very clean, spacious and light.
The hotel location is perfect - you are within short walking distance to all the landmarks and sightseeing places of Turnovo.
I would definitely book this hotel again!

While central location brings many conveniences, there is no dedicated parking and that creates a bit of a challenge, took a while until I found a free spot a nearby

Nice backyard where I am sure during summer it is a pleasure to have a coffee.

Great location in the city center, close to many restaurant and tourist attractions.

Because it is on the main street it can be a bit noisy at night.

the location is good. close to fortress and restaurants. room is quite spacious and can buy sandwiches right downstairs and small supermarket right across the street. host response quickly with questions and requests. friendly staff.
some bad smell and hotel will release some scent to cover it up. I discovered that the smell is not only in room but also in reception area. noisy as located on the main street. takes a whole minute to heat up water and water pressure is not stable.

Good location, staff was friendly, the apartment was large and clean.
Could have had a set of smaller and more comfortable pillows, but this is more of a personal preference.
