Room size. The room is very small, with no space around the bed. Although there is plenty of space for other facilities.

Clean, simple and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Easy to get buses to Roppongi, Shibuya and Shinjuku directions.
A bit far from Azabujuban metro station, took good 15mins brisk walk to reach metro station entrance.

The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Well stocked kitchenette and lots of space in the toilet for toiletries.
Location is a little inconvenient if you have a young child. The nearest train is a 10-15 mins walk

Very clean. No tobacco smell. Feeling of independence (real apartment). Safe. Competent and helpful staff. Convenient. Everything in it: all appliances and furniture. Strong walls. Windows are well insulated.
Opening the window will have all the noise from the big road coming into your ears.
