Had a great time in Byron Bay. The location of the property is a pleasant 15 mins walk from the centre of town along the beachfront. Great access to beaches and the lighthouse walk.

- The third bedroom has no aircon, ceiling or pedestal fan. It was 30 degrees every night in the room. Do not book here if you are expecting to put children in this room. I called at 1705 on Friday to ask for a pedestal fan, to be told 'nothing can be done because it's not an emergency maintenance issue, you're on your own', rendering the third bedroom useless. At almost $500 a night, this is obscene. Nowhere in Byron can you buy a fan, expect to drive to Ballina for one. - There was mould on the backs of the blinds in the bedroom. - There was a toddler level flower vase with a large chunk missing. My toddler cut his finger on the broken glass. - The shower leaks, pooling water in the middle of the bathroom. You can't put a towel in front of it because it catches on the door due to there being no floor/door gap. - Keys aren't available at the property, you have to go via a rental agency, which to be fair was only a minor inconvenience but was still an annoying waste of holiday time. - A lot of the cosmetic upgrades done were done poorly or not maintained (wallpaper peeling in bathroom, holes in artwork).

Everything was good about the property accept the shower, it requires attention, a towel needed to be placed on the ground to stop the water flooding the bathroom

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: shower leak under the door and flooded the bathroomtap on the bath just sprinkled, couldnt have a bath

This townhouse was beautifully presented with everything you could need. The furniture was very comfortable and the home was very clean. We were concerned that water poured out of the shower screen when in use and we spent a lot of time mopping up leaked water. Also the BBQ was not left clean. The townhouse is in a very convenient location so we didn’t need to use our car much. You can walk into town or the beach within minutes. It was a lovely stay and we would return.

No major issues. Very nice overall and would retuned. Only issue is the bathroom drainage is terrible. The entire floor gets soaked when having a shower even with the door closed. Also the bath taps are restricted so much it makes the bath completely useless - literally 3 hours to put a decent amount of water in the bathtub.

Very nice property, very much enjoyed our stay. Only issue was the shower became blocked and water wouldn’t drain away on the second day of our 4 day stay. We were unable to use the shower and the bathroom developed a bad smell. The property manager was informed on return of the keys. Due to that issue the overall rating was 3.

This place was great. Only issue was the bathroom folded every time someone showered. We had to constantly mop up the floor. Also 3 bedrooms but only one bathroom. However the bathroom was large and looked newly renovated.
