25Carmo was a lovely apartment for us to stay. It has a lovely style, well equipped and looks to have been recently renovated. Ana was also a wonderful host and very helpful. It’s location is close to the center tourist village plus a short walk to the amazing coast and beaches. It was a bonus for us to also be very close to a large supermarket and selfservice laundry.

Really warm welcome from Ana who gave us loads of great local information. Apartment was perfect for my two teenage boys, wife and me. The location was great for Ericeria, which had some lovely bars and restaurants. We also went to sintra, Lisbon and Santa Cruz which were all about an hour away on a car.

Ana and Margarida were very welcoming and accommodating, providing a cot and high chair for our daughter, and a beach umbrella. Only a short walk to the centre of town and the selection of beaches. We look forward to coming back to stay next time we're in Ericiera.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, nicely styled, very light with good airflow. Love the shutters for blocking out sun when it is hot. Very quiet location, no street or neighbour noise. Modern kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge and microwave. Nice breakfast bar with stools. Perfect amount of crockery and pans. Herbs, oil and salt/pepper. Sitting room comfortable sofa and chairs. Bedrooms good size and attractive decoration. Bathroom is modern with large shower. On demand hot water. Excellent location, less than 10 mins walk to town centre for restaurants/shops. Supermarket across the road. Bakery at end of street. Nearest beach 5 mins walk. Beach bus can take you to other beaches. The hosts Margarida & Ana were very helpful, with lots of information and will meet you to check you in. We were greeted with wine, bread, cheese & cherries. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A beautifully appointed spacious apartment, fully equipped with all essentials and many thoughtful extras. We were warmly welcomed by our most helpful hosts and appreciated the delicious local cheese and wine supper they had prepared for us. Close to beaches, cafes and shops and only a short walk to the .town centre. Immaculate and very comfortable .
