Loved our stay at the Legend Inn. Eliza and Tristan were amazing! Really helpful and accommodating with all of our requests and went out of their way to help. The rooms were lovely and clean with super comfortable western-style beds, and also nice and warm. Good brekkie to get you loaded up for a day on the slopes. Transfers to the local ski resorts, which are all about 10mins drive away, and into Akakura for dinner were really well organised too. I would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks guys!

The owners and workers at this lodge were all super friendly and offered us lifts to the mountain and into town for dinner each night as well as supplying an epic breakfast each morning! Facilities were clean and comfortable. You couldn’t really ask for much more from a ski lodge. 10/10 value for money! Can’t wait to get back.

The staff are all so friendly and very helpful. They recommend us the best spots to snowboard and tastiest places to eat. Breakfast every morning was always on time and was delicious. The beds are super comfy and the showers are nice and warm. Highly recommend staying here and definitely will be back

The staff are really friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. The staff drive guests to and from the ski resorts each day as the lodge is not within easy walking distance of any of the Myoko resorts. The staff also drive guests to and from Akakura Onsen village each night about 20-30 minutes away as that is where most of the dinner options are. The room was ok with a basic bathroom and nice views from the windows. Compared to other properties around Myoko the price was pretty good.

Really without a car this lodge is probably too far away from everything though the price maybe makes up for this. There is no laundry or onsen facilities onsite and the shower is tiny. There is a basic onsen next door (500 yen) but you need to go to the lodge across the road to pay etc. there is also a really nice onsen at Club Lime down the road (750-1000 yen) but it’s a bit of a walk/drive. Someone much larger than us had been staying in our room previously as our bed had a big dip in the middle.
