Close to the beach and southside dining and attractions. Newly remodeled, very easy to get in and out of. We would stay again for sure!!!!

Loved this place. Amazing inside. Close to the beach and I guess what’s Main St with restaurants and bars. Very easy walk to all.

This was our first stay in Tybee and the location and condo were perfect. The amenities were great and very appreciated. Definitely a five star property. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Condo is very nicely done, equipped with what you need. It is very well cared for and clean. The area was quiet at night. Less than a block to the beach, food and shopping. We would definitely stay again. If you have a low clearance vehicle you have to come in completely parallel onto the driveway before starting your turn into the parking spots. Just angling in one tire at a time was not enough.

The host was amazing and very responsive to us. The condo is just as advertised. Would recommend this condo to others!

This is a very nice place in a great location to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. We really appreciated that everything we needed for the beach was provided including a cart.

This was our first time visiting Tybee. This condo location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We did go into Savannah numerous times and the drive was very easy. The little things Julie had in the condo were very helpful - beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and the beach stroller to take it all in one trip, wireless phone chargers throughout, a well stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Wonderful Condo. The condo is nicely decorated, fully stocked and well maintained. The condo overlooks and alley and it can seems a little closed in. No view. We had one neighbor that was disorderly but he left the second day and it was peaceful after that. Parking is fair. Walking distance to most things and the activities of fishing. tour guides and jet skiing are excellent.

Good place to stay. Hated that we had to take our own recycling to a center. Also ran out of toilet paper. Place was clean. South Tybee is a little dirty.

The property was EXACTLY what was hoped for. Location was perfect for our stay. We are already planning for another visit.

First, the pictures don’t really do it justice. In person, it’s much larger than the pics suggest and every bit as updated as it looks, if not more. It was true to the listing in that it was a no contact check-in. Steps from the beach is not an exaggeration. On that part of Tybee there is nothing directly on the beach. A road and then sand dunes that are protected separate everything from the beach with only boardwalk walkways over the dunes to access the beach. There’s no getting around that. However, it’s a half-block walk to the beach entrance. And it’s a block over from tons of shopping TS Chu’s, Waves, etc. And a few iconic Tybee restaurants, one at the end of the same block near the beach. As for the condo itself, it was a second floor (no first floor apartments as the parking is underneath where the first floor would be. They do have an elevator for bringing heavier items up and down. The condo was very clean. They have all the things you could think of to need but don’t want to bring from home: dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, coffee pot. Even coffee and a few basic seasonings. Overall, very happy and satisfied with this place and the gracious host. When we go to Tybee again (and we will) we’ll stay here if we can book it.

Close to beach, shopping and dining.

We stayed in North Tybee Island last year, but we spent most of time on the south side of the island. This year we decided to stay somewhere within walking distance of the restaurants and shops in that part of town. This condo was perfect for a family vacation. It was clean and had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone that wants the Tybee Island experience.

Beautiful, sparkling clean condo. Well stocked with everything beach goers might need. Comfy beds and soft, high-quality towels. Excellent location. Our only issue was getting in and out of the garage: we had two Priuses that scraped pretty badly on the bottom as we were trying to enter and exit. Going in at an angle is a must! We would certainly stay here again (now that we know the angling trick!).

Located so that we parked and didn’t get back in the car until we left!! We walked to breakfast, dinner, ice cream and shopping. I didn’t feel that I needed to clean anything when we got there which is a great feeling!! Normally I have my wipes wiping everything down!! We had a great stay! Just wish the weather had cooperated!!

Perfect escape for the week. Location is great. Close to beach, stores and food. Condo has all you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Very clean. The host’s recommendations came in very handy. We loved all of her suggestions! Huc-a-boos was our favorite.

My two sisters and I needed a getaway together and this condo was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the beach (unfortunately it rained two of the three days we were here) and an easy drive to Savannah. We enjoyed two days in Savannah and it was great to come back to a comfortable condo to rest and recharge. The home was very nicely decorated yet felt very homey. The kitchen was fully stocked which would make it easy to make your own meals here. The thing I was most impressed by was the cleanliness. If I make it back to Tybee I will definitely stay here again.

Man, what can I say other than "YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS RENTAL!!!" On Tybee for my 52nd birthday celebration and from my first encounter/communication with Ms. Julie, I truly didn't expect anything less that excellent! Ms. Julie ALWAYS responded to my questions and even provided helpful information/suggestions on things to do and places to eat like AJ's Dockside for my bday dinner. The condo is super clean, with all of the essentials (no keurig, which Julie did inform me of, but the coffee pot did the job). The beds were very comfy and showers PERFECT!!! I can't say enough about this condo but I will say that my husband has claimed this property for our future visits to Tybee,..Thanks Julie!!!
