I made my booking some weeks ago, this weekend was public holiday in Colombia and when I arrived to the place it was already full. The person in charge who was a guy who couldn’t solve this situation himself called the owner who didn’t even answer, I wasn’t the only one, other people with reservation confirmed had the same experience. They did not bother on looking up for another place for me to stay they just said I was right on being anger so I found myself without a place to stay thanks to these people. Honestly I am very concerned on the quality of hostels you guys of booking post on your website, the comments on this same spot are really bad from what I heard in town. My previous experience here had been very poor, but this is a never come back one.

The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and nice. The location was great. It is located at central point of the town. The rooms have comfortable beds and air conditioning.

Showers and Internet service is not available in all rooms

The hostel is very well located with a nice Beach and they are almost the only one who offering sun lounger. They keep there place very maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful ( when they are there;) ). The Kitchen is good equipped and close by are some little Shops. But also the neighbor is preparing such good meals like fresh Fish for 15.000 COP. We would definitely recommend this place and love to come back!

First night the AC doesn’t worked and no one was there to ask but next day they fixed it immediately.
