Location was ok, however there was a strip club in the building which didnt close until 7am.
The beds were so uncomfortable that we both have severe back pain.
The kitchen utensils were old and disgusting. I couldnt use them. The cork screw broke in a cork in the wine so we wasted a nice bottle of wine.

The room was cool. It was quiet most nights. It had an English channel on the TV.
No WiFi. Sort of missed having it but it makes you go out more if you don't have it. Not sure if it was a good thing or a bad thing to be honest. A few things were broken and in need of repair.The glass on side of balcony was cracked,, the sink was cracked, the door handle on bathroom was almost off but the room was lovely and we would definitely stay there again. 10/10 . thank you!

the property is in a great area and has everything you could want or need . sun in the afternoons sea view and a lovely pool .
could do with a little refresh and couple of repairs

Our stay was excellent and the aptm has a sun blind on the terrace making it useable throughout the day , where other apartments could not.
a cracked sink,a greasy looking sofa and the shower had to be constantly unblocked with a plunger 🪠 that was supplied there.

Perfect location, beautiful view and very nice apartment.
Bed sheets for the sofa had small hairs and long hairs on them, towels in bathroom didn't smell very good and couldn't find covers for the duvet.

Balcony, swimming pool, location
The sofa was dirty, we had to cover it with the throw as there were lots of human hairs on it. Towels and sheets are old and stained. No clear instructions: how to enter the property, how to switch on the conditioner and coloured lights, what time the pool is available. The email with demands to take the rubbish out and put the sheets in the washer was ridiculous as it is a cleaner's ' job, not customer's.
No salt, no pepper. I left mine. You're welcome to use! No knife, bring your own. And that infamous pan praised by all previous customers as a property's meme is still there...

They need to supply bread knife also veg peeler and large chopping knife and a new frying pan as the one there is worn out

The apartment was OK not a lot more can be said.
It would have been better if the photographs on booking.com reflected the location of the apartment, but they do not. 3 of the photos reflect the Las Palmeras hotel and not the PYR hotel where the apartment is.

For a studio the facilities were excellent, however I didn't use the washing machine.
Close to the Marina, shops, restaurants and bars and approximately 10 minutes to train station.
Major works within the hotel the apartment was situated in, no knowledge of these works taking place. Host was also not aware of these works.

The apartment was very nice. A good area close to town and restaurants.
Cleaners let the owner down , was not cleaned properly. The bedding was not very nice either, nothing fitted and was very old.

The apartment is in a hotel with swimming pool and just across the street is the marina and besides it the huge, long beach.
I liked the big balcony with pool view. It was a nice holiday atmosphere there.

Close to the beach
This "apartment" is actually inside the PYR hotel so first of all it's false advertising. There's no wifi
During the weekend the hotel was like a zoo, I couldn't sleep at all since the walls are paper thin and the staff doesn't do anything about the noise. The beds are horrible

Lovely bright clean apartment with a balcony and a great view of the marina and the sea beyond. Close to lots of nice cafes, a great pasta restaurant, the promenade and parking.
Kettle was missing. Shower holder was broken.

location was excellent near bus and train station and on frontline of beach with balcony overlooking pool and sea and harbour views have already booked to stay again
no access to pool as swimming door code [1245] is 4 years out of date had to pay 10 euros per card from community manager the next afternoon even after them contacting owner on our behalf as we emailed her 4 times with no response also NO kettle or toaster as shown in pictures and on itemised list also had to put up curtain track and curtains temporary fix as brackets and curtains in drawers and couldnt black out light
these things could be easily sorted out for less than 60 euros and pool access cards should be left in key lock box apart from these small problems very good stay and would recommend

Great apartment in a great location
The apartment is great and very spacious for being a studio, it’s in a great location.. almost everything you need for self catering.. although there was a coffee / tea maker.. we would have loved to see a kettle, as I’m a good tea drinker.. also a toaster wouldn’t have gone a miss.. and curtains on the windows as we couldn’t get a good night sleep.. hopefully we’ll see these few changes before we book again.. highly recommended! The balcony was super and had sun all day. Overall a great Apartment!

It was central and near lots of lovely restaurants and dog friendly
The key was not available until 7pm and we could have booked in at 11am. As it was we had to wait until 7pm for someone to bring the key on their way to a night out
