Ceci est une unité de luxe au dernier étage dans une unité multiple donnant sur Atlantic Ave avec des fenêtres massives et des puits de lumière dans toutes les directions. En plus du lit queen dans la chambre, il y a deux canapés confortables qui sont également des lits gigognes. La salle à manger surplombe également l'avenue atlantique d'en haut avec vue partielle sur l'océan et la plage. Si vous voulez avoir une vue plongeante sur la scène de Wells Beach Atlantic Ave, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut. Il y a aussi un coin chambre en mezzanine dans l'unité pour les adolescents ou les adultes uniquement. L'accès se fait par une échelle. À l'extérieur de l'unité, les clients ont accès à une grande cour ouverte (35x35) avec deux grilles. L'occasion existe pour les grandes familles de vacances dans les unités supplémentaires de cette maison. Si votre famille est trop grande pour une petite location, cette maison propose des locations spacieuses supplémentaires (4 unités supplémentaires) en dessous de l'unité de luxe. Loved our beach stay in Wells. House was as described, kitchen is a bit outdated but functional. Cleaning service was still there at time of check in 2:30pm. Seemed rushing and floors weren’t very clean. Still sand on floors. But we were fine, still loved the location! We would definitely stay here again. David was amazing with his communication with us. Answered all questions and very quick on responses. Thank you David for renting your Beach house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wells Beach in late September/early October. The summer crowds were gone and the weather was turning crisp with cooler temps. The loft was exactly as advertised- clean, spacious, bright and easy access to the beach. It was more than enough space for my wife and I (this was our first vacation without kids in decades!). Other guests in the house were quite pleasant to speak with and the neighborhood and neighbors welcoming and conversational. At the same time, everyone respects your privacy so you can enjoy your time. We loved the area so much we discussed purchasing a vacation property there, whether as a second home or as a retirement location. We will definitely go back to Wells Beach, and if we don't purchase our own place we look forward to reaching out to Dave and Rebecca about theirs.

We had a wonderful stay at Dave’s place and were lucky to find it somewhat last minute. Steps from the beach made it easy to enjoy the morning sunrises. Parking was convenient and check in was easy. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was spacious, loved all the windows!

Overlooking Atlantic Ave this bright, sunny, open concept unit was a joy! Comfy beds and living area and a well equipped kitchen with both marsh and ocean views! See the sunrise from one side of the unit, and the sunset from the other! The loft was a lot of fun, small with a low slanted ceiling but super comfy with storage and charm. Hear, see and smell the waves, watch the gulls soaring overhead and the little birds chirping along the rooftops. Two flights of stairs get you up there, well lit once the sun sets, and parking was easy off the main street. Be on the sand in under a minute via Public Way 2. Great stay!

Spacious, very clean, and quiet top floor apartment with open concept. Quite comfortable with basic amenities. Second row of houses from the beach with easy access to public way. You will need to keep in mind that the contract you will sign has the details of the unit outlined and that you won't get additional information prior to your stay. We truly had a lovely stay.

We had such an incredible time at our stay here! The location is incredible. You are a 30 second walk to an amazing beach. You can also walk to a handful of small shops and restaurants. David was VERY responsive and accommodating. Would definitely return!!

I have stayed here for the last 3 years. The unit is super clean.
Right across from the beach and a short walk to the shops. Great backyard space for grilling and eating. David is very responsive answering all my questions. He takes great care of the property and wants to ensure you have a wonderful stay.

Great location with ocean views.
Nice, air conditioned unit a minute walk from the beach. The unit was spacious with ocean views and several skylights. Unfortunately, the skylight let in the sun at around 5 am each morning. Lots of confusion on where to park, but quickly straightened out after corresponding with the owner. Overall, a wonderful experience.

First time using VRBO and it was great. Communication with owner was quick and easy. The apartment is so cozy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable bed and pull out couch , nice large TV screen and sky lights.. Loved all the windows to look out. You can glimpse the ocean across the street which is is so close to walk to. Perfect place to relax.

You can tell he truly cares about his property and the comfort of his guests. The check-in process was super easy. the unit was tidy and nicely appointed, complete with lobster pot! Perfect Place
This is my second time staying in this unit. It is clean, bright and very spacious. David is always available to answer questions and checks in to make sure everything in the unit is ok. The location is 1 min to the beach and just a short walk to the shops and Forbes. I definitely recommend staying here. My family also rented in this building and at 80 Atlantic. We all love the units and the location.

Most relaxing/comfy stay I've had so far.
I simply went with my partner to enjoy some time together away from work and I must say it was exactly what we was looking for! The house was greta! Very nice and clean the neighborhood was quiet and friendly to us and everything was close by and very convenient for our stay! The house had many supplies as well that made our stay more comfortble and gave us a homey feeling to better our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and will defiantly be back ! Thank you to the home owner for our stay !

Very Nice!
We enjoyed our stay at this Wells property! It was perfect for our family because of its close proximity to the beach. This home is updated, clean and offers a large family sitting room, dining area, and kitchen equipped with all the essentials. As a gracious host, David could not have been more attentive in ensuring our stay was comfortable which was much appreciated!

Great location and so much natural light!
We had a great stay here. My kids loved sleeping in the loft. The beds and hideabed (we only used the larger one) was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Note: It has a keurig which was great, just bring K-Cups. It is literally across the street from beach which was great for walking up to the beach with morning coffee or an evening walk or a day at the beach- can run back for food or the bathroom so easily. We loved the natural light and skylights and the table for 6 so we could all eat together. Great stay!
