Near and rooms were big and clean
the gym, it is nothing like the picture at all.

We booked and paid two nights beforehand, but when we were going to check in, they didn't know anything about the booking and said they didn't have any room for us.
On the website, it says they have a pool and fitness gym, but the pool was under renovation, and the gym didn't exist.
There was mold in the bathroom ceiling.
The door to the shower was broken.
The bathroom door was also broken.
They didn't have aircon in the hallways, etc.
Breakfast was really bad, didn't have a lot of options.

The extended foyer area air conditioner was turned off at 5pm.
No air-conditioning in lifts and passageways.

Our final room was comfortable. The staff did their best when we let them know what was wrong but there wasn’t a lot they could do about most things. The porter was nice.
We read reviews saying that this hotel wasn’t worth 5 stars and we should’ve believed them. The pool is currently being refurbished which they didn’t put online and we booked it because of the pool so we couldn’t do anything during the day. The first room they showed us to already had a couple checked in which was awkward when we walked in on them getting changed. The second room we were given was dirty. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned ( the bath had dirt in), there was stains on the wall and the room was average - not a 5 star hotel room. We told them and then had to wait 20 minutes for another room when we had already paid for an early check-in. The final room was average but not set up for 3 people and didn’t have the jacuzzi bath our previous room did. The breakfast the next morning was bad. The eggs were cold and most things had run out and were not re-filled. They didn’t have many western options it was mainly rice and noodles for breakfast and nothing was hot.

Spaceous rooms, comfortable beds, the hotel was clean and quite close to the airport which was important for us.
The pool. We wanted to dip in the pool after a long flight, but only till we saw it. The pool was very small and very dirty.

Hotel can hardly meet 4 stars standard, not 5 stars.
Bathroom kit such as soap / shampoo / shower gel was not available nor provided
Rooms are extremely hot, and AC performance was slow to cool
The shuttle service / drop to BKK airport was extremely bad as the van provided was very old and AC did not work, and the cost of this service was highly expensive considering the car bad condition 😕

missing door in shower, wheezing air conditioning, facilities not open 24h, staff doesn’t speak either chinese or English (need to translate) very far from the airport, off the main road on the secondary road where is almost impossible to stop a taxi.

Hotel is absolutely outstanding. Excellent service from all staff,Its strongest hand is the care staff gives to guests.
The room was very confortable, clean and convenient, room was maked up every day. Bathroom hygienic, the wastes flow away. Buffet line is excellent and location is very good. Buffet line is excellent and location is very good. I would definitely recommend this place to stay as fantastic value for money.

The rooms were clean and well kept. The rooms had everything we needed , wifi was speedy as well and good buffet breakfast. The checkin process was very smooth, All staff was very friendly, conversant in English, and gave me helpful.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room is very clean. It's is in a great location and is nice and quiet. There are many things that make me want to stay at this hotel more than once. I highly recommend it.
