we arrived for 3 30 pm to collect they key - had to wait 30 min ;difficult to find entrance to the building; get very noise in the night - wall are super thin - you can hear people taking next door ; there was admin error - we arranged ski equipment and ski passes to be ready for us - it wasn't and we had to pay much more ..- for family of 4 it was big expenses ; the slops in the front of the window - are for private hotel only

The apartment had lovely views and was well equipped. It was well looked after. The agency who looked after me was great. Answered all questions and quick to help, they went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member who explained everything we needed to know. The accommodation was of a high standard and we particularly enjoyed the great location and wonderful views of the mountains.

Excellent accommodation. Location was perfect and having the dry parking was a bonus

UK phones do not get internet or cheap service in Andorra, so it would have been good to set up a definite location and time to meet to collect the keys. The instructions for the location of the apartment could have been clearer, such as "the door is on the main road, block B"

the walls of the apartments are very thin, could hear next door having a late night drinking session

We travelled without car, only by bus. It's really easy to reach appartment by bus. Location is excellent: you can go to Soldeu cabin lift by foot in ski boots, it takes 7-10 minutes. Also there are 3 small supermarkets which prices are higher than usual on 30%, but it still good since in comparison with El Tarter buildings. We walked in El Tarket and they do not have such supermarkets, there was only one with very high prices. View from the appartment window is spectacular, we spent much time in armchair looking through large window :) On entering Andorra make sure you have phone or internet working to be able to contact with host OR arrive at time you agreed strictly, because the host is not located nearly the building.
