L'appartement est très agréable, confortable et spacieux. Il est propre et joliment décoré. Le lieu est vraiment calme. L'appartement se trouve à proximité du centre ville, nous avons tout fait à pied. La cuisine est bien équipée. La literie du lit de la mezzanine est très confortable. La terrasse est agréable et offre une belle vue! Le propriétaire est réactif et arrangeant. Je recommande !!

Very clean and comfortable and easy walk into town. Easy check in and out. Air conditioning unit very effective

Limited on supplies such as toilet paper and dishwasher tablets. Also very unclear how many coffee pods you were allowed to use so we didn't use any. €300 deposit also seems a little much.

close to city centre and paid parking and well appointed apartment especially kitchen. Excellent, responsive service from the manager

staircase to second floor didn't have a rail and as I have limited mobility it was scary and I couldn't negotiate top steps without help. This also meant I had to use the sofa bed in the lounge and that was a little basic. There was never free parking available on the street and we had a problem with google maps taking us the wrong way when we first arrived. Tip: put in rue enclos de rey (which is what it says on the road sign) not rue de l enclos de rey as that took us wrong way.

Comfortable lounge and good kitchen facilities.

Entrance is an accident waiting to happen! Narrow circular, crumbling staircase with no lighting! A lick of paint and battery operated sensor lights would not go amiss! Shower area grubby and dingy shower curtain ( no shown in pictures). Two flat pillows on the bed.

The apartment is a short walk to many food venues.

Location was great although walking up through the ally was a bit scary at first. The kitchen was great - large refridgerators with a freezer - bathroom with washing machine was great. Lockbox for keys was handy for a large group.

Unfortuntely, our first impression was not good. We had difficulty with the keys and one of the apartments had not been cleaned. A greeting by the host would have prevented the distress.

The location itself was very nice, modern and clean. There was a very nice roof terras with an overview over Nimes. The beds were good and comfortable.

When we opened the front door we were a bit shocked by the the state of the interior. There was a winding staircase in a poor condition and there was no lighting. Once we entered the door of the appartment on the second floor, a totally different world emerged.

the heating system only properly heats the loft area so the rest of the apartment is rather cold.
