Idéalement situé à quelques pas d'un arrêt de navette gratuit (juste en bas de l'allée) qui relie Eagle Lodge, The Village et Main Lodge. On the whole our stay at this VRBO was fine. The house was roomy and easily accommodated the eight members of our family. Everything worked (except the soap dish in the dishwasher), and the location was nice, with views of forest and golf course. I must, however, report a problem. We arrived on Sunday 6 August. I went out for a walk about dusk and fell --- hard --- on the steps leading out of the house. The large wooden step down from the eight stone steps is not visible, especially at dusk, especially if the house lights have not come on. Not expecting the drop, I stepped out into space and wound up stretched out on the wooden boardwalk. I sustained a shoulder injury and severe contusions to my elbow and knee. These injuries are still apparent three weeks later, though they’re getting better with time. A less fit person could easily have broken a hip or worse. As it is, I will have to have physical therapy for my shoulder --- incurring costs that I should not have to incur. This accident put a damper on what was supposed to be a celebratory trip to which I was looking forward for a year. It curtailed my activities, such as hiking, significantly. My six-year-old grandson also fell as a result of this invisible step, though luckily he was not badly hurt. I hope your management will suggest to the owners that they make that step more visible to guests.

For the price of the weekend we had expected a little nicer accommodation. The furniture in the living area was worn out and very uncomfortable. The beds were also very hard and uncomfortable. The jacuzzi also needs work. The rules that were posted on the walls were not the same as online, I didn't have an issue with that but pay close attention to all of the fines that you might encounter if you forget anything. The people at 5 star reservations were amazing! They were very helpful and polite.

Beautiful neighborhood and spacious condo. Pros: tranquil neighborhood near the golf course, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, clean garage, upscale kitchen with useful appliances like coffee maker, water heater and portable grill. Cons: sticky dining table, very very worn out couch in the family room, broken entertainment center door (should be fixed by now).

I did not believe the check-in and check-out process could be as simple as it was. The property was clean upon arrival and everything was not only functional but the level of amenities was impressive! Although we didn't use the kitchen very much, the appliances were top notch. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a group of 10 (adults and kids) stay here for 5 days for a ski trip. The property was fantastic! Perfect size for our group, great kitchen and common areas for cooking and gathering, comfortable beds, and very convenient access to the Mammoth shuttle. It was a wonderful trip and we would highly recommend this property.

This property was within 5-10 min drive from Eagle and Canyon lodge making it an easy and fast drive to the ski lodges. Super close to the Village and food markets. Somewhat clean except for a few leftover dirty dishes found in the kitchen cabinets, minor carpet damages, and cobwebs found in main common areas. The hot tub took about a day to warm up to about 104 F which we made do. The unit aesthetically lovely overall. However, its functionality was clearly dated. Which brings me to our rental experience to its main shortcoming. We found few minor things in need of a quick checking on/repairing. Instead, we were accused and abrasively spoken to by the management company instead of cooperation and professionalism. Disappointed with the experience I had with the management company.
