The air freshener/perfume. Clean sheets and comfortable bed.
The room did not have a safe, no complimentary bottled water. No lotion or vanity kit in the bathroom. Breakfast is not complimentary.

When we checked in our Wi-Fi wasn’t working in our room but working in the lobby. We were told server was down. Several hours later after dinner still no Wi-Fi, front desk manager had no idea. We were given a number to call IT dept, 20 minutes on the phone no help. On top of this we were charged for data service! Very little water coming out of the shower with no pressure. Commode seat barely attached. I went down the next morning hoping to discuss with someone, all I got was we will make a note of this. People at their Starbucks were very rude. My advice stay away from this property!

They played very loud music in the lobby. I guess for the bar. It was extremely unnecessary.

Breakfast is not convenient. You have to order breakfast and coffee, and there is only 1 person working the kitchen.

vinings location was perfect.
bad view and room type - very small corner room. didn't realize what i was getting until i checked in. once i saw the room i inquired about changing and upgrading if necessary and they would not let me. said if i had booked directly with hotel i would have been able to make the change. thought that was a bit tacky to say, but oh well. it was a nice hotel though.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay. It would have been great if not overcharged 3x the reservation amount.
Overcharged for our stay. Called 4 different times and still can't get additional charges removed from my debit card. We have paid over $500 for a one night's stay.

Very clean and modern.. nice views towards downtown Atlanta and not too far off the 285 bypass. Very clean, soft beds, secure, ample room, comfy sofa and foot stool, large TV. Really nice place.
