Location was good
The bed was uncomfortable and so was the pillows

It was clean and confortable
No hairdryer which was listed as part of facilities available.
TV was difficult to get going ..eventually worked it out.

The proximity to the centre and all the attractions we wanted to be part of
The area was depressing, the apartment was dirty, we couldn't open the bedroom window because of the stench coming from all the rubbish left outside the window. The toaster was dirty/rusty, we had to wash cups and plates before we used them, there was dust in the extractor fan etc.

the bed, pillows and blanket. it really does affect a trip when it’s an uncomfortable sleep.

The apartment was close to the town centre so only a 10 minute walk to a good selection of places to eat. Very good value. The facilities were fine and allowed us to have cook breakfast before our days out. Abbie gave us clear instructions of how to enter the apartment, also leaving us parking permit. We would certainly book again if my comments about the bedroom blind were carried out.
We were disappointed that Abbie had not taken on board previous feedback comments about the blind in the bedroom. It needs to be replaced, as it does not function properly and is useless at keeping out early morning light. I had to sleep with a scarf over my eyes! On a lesser note it was also covered in dust.

Good location. 10 minute walk to centre of town but cental location didn't make it noisy which was a pleasant surprise. Parking provided. Had all you needed. Bed super comfy.

Location was definitely advantageous for walking into town. Key lockbox was a bit awkward to get into.
Apartment was really cold and a long time to get any heat into it. Really cold returning in the evening as didn't want to leave heating on when we were out. Meant we had to use bedding to keep warm in living room
Utensils were limited. There were two plates and bowls only....very limited selection.

The shower is not very powerful but overall, I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location good value for money only few complaints which would be easily rectified otherwise great weekend would stay again.
Kitchen needs glasses plates cups and cutlery replaced nothing matched, also pots were very cheap and nasty. Not expensive to replace.
Bedroom ceiling covered in cobwebs which would only take minutes to dust!!!

There was a light outside that shone all night and the blind was half broken so it didn't block the light.

All the facilities we completely new and renovated. The system for collecting the keys its very useful when you dont unieron exactly the time you are arriving.
Some kitchen Staff erre not clean at all.

WiFi was slightly unreliable. I found the grey walls quite oppressive.

Entry code and keys in easily accessible lock box. Nicely decorated. Modern bathroom. Decent sofa, TV, table, kitchen basics for a bite to eat. Nice bed and sheets, etc...
The blinds in the bedroom let in a lot of light. Was wise to bring an eye mask for sleeping!

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. super easy check in, lots of lovely touches. Such a quiet area. We slept really well. We’ll be back, thanks so much.

The location was near enough to walk to town centre.
The shower wasn't very powerful the towels looked old & only one hand towel. The bedroom was badly lit & the bed was very low with bedding and pillows that had seen better days.

Flat was really good and had everything I needed. Was quiet at night.
Location was good and some 5 to 10 minute walk to town centre.
Parking was ok although can be quite busy.
Not a problem for me but corner shower cubicle might be tight for very large people.
