The flat is excellent for two people (2 separate bedrooms with double beds), and ideally located. It is also air conditioned as it can get very hot in Porto. It was also spotless, with nice bedlinen and an undoubtedly feminine touch to the decoration. We did not use the kitchen facilities as we had all our meals out, but there is everything you need. There is also an iron, an ironing board and of course a hair dryer in the bathroom. You can basically walk everywhere, and we did! Lots of going uphill and then downhill, good cardio! Our host, José, was very helpful and easy going ; we got there at around 10:00 am because our flight from Paris was an early morning one, nonetheless he was immediately there to open the door for us when we called and we actually left our luggage in the flat upon arrival. He gave us lots of helpful tips on where to eat and where to leave our luggage on the day of our departure, as the cleaning crew was coming in at 11:00 am. On the day of our departure we left at 10:00 am and deposited our luggage at the train station, a 10 walk from the flat, which was handy to get a taxi to the airport later on. We had a little mishap on the first day (we got locked out as the door is blocked after three unsuccessful attempts to open it). José came immediately to help, (like in 3 minutes) and was again very helpful and understanding. I will definitely go there again if I go to Porto in the future. If I may make a suggestion, to make the flat absolutely perfect, a towel rack inside the shower would be a great asset, as you don't have to go out of the shower and wet the mat going to fetch your towel, and the shower is big enough to accommodate one. I find the beds and pillows a bit hard. The shower door doesn't close completely so while taking a shower, the floor next to the shower cabin got wet.

Host is very helpful, managed to check us in according to our wish. There is secure parking in garage. Apartment is clean and good layout. Aircon in both bedrooms.

The glass wall between rooms, light in one room will disturb the other room. No Aircon in living room.
