Na szczególną pochwałę zasługuje sam apartament, a przede wszystkim zachowana w nim czystość. Nowe umeblowanie i w pełni wyposażony aneks kuchenny zachęca do przebywania. Bliskość sklepów i knajp jest niewątpliwym atutem tego miejsca. W pobliżu znajduje się postój TAXI z którego za niewielką opłatą można się wszędzie przemieszczać. My bez wątpienia tam wrócimy.

Jedynym mankamentem tego obiektu jest jego położenie, a właściwie otoczenie. Elegancki apartament otoczony starymi budynkami (tzw slumsami). Nie odczuwaliśmy natomiast żadnego zagrożenia z tego tytułu. Mały pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami posiada okno wychodzące na korytarz, a więc korzystanie z niego jest bardzo wątpliwe. Sprawna klimatyzacja ułatwia w nim przebywanie.

They provided everything we needed and were very helpful. All amenities were provided and the apartment was not only on a good location but also fairly easy to leave by car to explore different beaches.

Everything was great, just a reminder if someone rents a bigger car (wider than a fiat punto let’s say) might be a bit harder to park but potentially there are other parking spots around the apt.

Very clean, comfortable, has absolutely everything you need. Great location, near the city center and the bus stop to the beach. Good communication with the host.

The Apartament we rented was beyond expectations. really clean, the beds were very comfortable, positioned in the center of Ayia Napa with a variety of restaurants and clubs nearby. Such good amenities for the price.

Lovely modern and spacious apartment,very clean and we felt like like home. Beds were very comfortable. Great location as right in heart of Ayia Napa, just 2 min walk to the main street full of restaurants,bars and shops.

Self catering apartment, comfortable, clean, well equipped kitchen area, including washing machine, a nice, modern shower and bathroom, easy timer buttons to get hot water, a decent balcony, excellent internet and Netflix. Lots of thoughtful touches, from washing detergent and cleaning products to a coffee machine, bottled water in the fridge and a box of Greek Delight on the table. George was super helpful with check in and there is a key safe. I arrived by bus from Nicosia and there is a bus stop just a few minutes away from the apartment on the main Nissi Avenue - easy to get to and easy to find. Great location, less than 5 mins from the Monastery bus stop and closer still to the Nissi Avenue bus stop. Wonderful walking in the Capo Greko National Park and along deserted beaches in December. I was there for ten days over Christmas, Ayia Napa was very quiet out of season, most shops and restaurants were closed but a local mini-supermarket 2 mins walk away, even though low season, enough were places open to not cause a problem. There's a Zorba's Bakery too on Nissi Avenue, a few mins away. Highly recommend as a base to explore from, I would go back again, out of season, a lovely place, lovely people and a great stay.
