Situé à Lakeside, ce charmant copropriété pour 386 € par nuit est un fantastique choix pour votre prochain pause CHAQUE QUATRIÈME NUIT GRATUITE! Situé directement en face du parc d'État d'East Harbor et des plages. Deux condos de niveau supérieur nouvellement construits en 2012 et deux condos de niveau inférieur nouvellement construits en 2019. CETTE UNITÉ EST UNE UNITÉ DE NIVEAU SUPÉRIEUR (UNITÉ B). Chaque unité peut accueillir 8 personnes avec 2 salles de bain complètes et 2 chambres à coucher et une impasse gratuite (jusqu'à un bateau de 35 pieds). Les unités supérieures ont une grande terrasse grillagée et les unités inférieures ont des patios en béton et une pelouse avec vue sur le magnifique West Harbour. Le cadre est sur une marina calme entourée de quartiers conviviaux et sûrs et à distance de marche des restaurants. Idéal pour les familles, les amis et les groupes de pêcheurs. Des chartes de pêche sont également disponibles juste devant votre porte! Les unités de niveau inférieur sont accessibles aux handicapés. Une laveuse / sécheuse peut être disponible selon l'unité ou les unités que vous réservez. Nous ouvrirons également un nouveau bar extérieur au bord de l'eau au printemps 2019 qui sera un cadre discret avec de la musique live occasionnelle. Chaque année, le samedi suivant le 4 juillet, nous organisons un "Harbor Bash" pour la marina et les quartiers avoisinants avec des groupes live jusqu'à 17h00-23h00. We have rented several places over the years and this was by far the cleanest! Great location, pool right outside the door for the kids, live music over the weekend was fun. Great time!

The location, neighborhood and views are amazing. Bree was very helpful with suggestions, and answered all our questions and requests on a timely manner. Beds were very comfy, and the unit (Upper) was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all you would need.
Two Notes...It's advertised to sleep 8. It could technically do that, but we had 5 adults and an infant, and believe that would be the max to actually be comfortable inside. The units are on the smaller size. We had sunny, but chilly/windy weather, so were not able to use the outside area much. 2nd note...It is in a marina, and with us visiting at the first of October, and being the end of boating season, they were pulling and cleaning boats most of the 4 days we were there.. The boat hoist was right next to our unit, and they ran the pressure washers all day long. It was very loud. Luckily by around noon most days, we were leaving to explore the area. If you were planning on staying around all day, and hang out on the porch, it would have been quite annoying. I'm sure that would not be an issue all summer long. Just a heads up for September/October.
All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Everything about the weekend went better than planned. The condo was just as expected but Bill went above and beyond to make our stay even better by all his help and suggestions. We will definitely be back!

We loved this property! The condo was right on the water at the Marina- we watched boats and wildlife while sipping our coffee in the morning on the large screened in porch (no bugs!) Very clean, had everything we needed for a long weekend. Pool was absolutely wonderful and so clean!!! Boon Docks bar was so lively with music each night- but could not hear any noise from inside the condo at all! People were so friendly! We will definitely be returning - and hope to book a few times a year. So much to do in the area!!

Spent a few days at the lake for Thanksgiving. It was cold but nothing beats sitting and watching the snow come down on the water from the amazing views from this unit. Property owners were so friendly and helpful, they have created a true destination. Can’t wait to come back.

When I first walked into the condo that we were staying at I was pleasantly surprised!! Everything was so nice and clean. You can really tell that the owners really take care of their property. I couldn't stop smiling when I walked in. There is great view of the marina with a screened in porch. We enjoyed sitting our there. Everything that you would need to use is in the kitchen, all kitchen supplies were available to us.
Overall, we loved this condo and we would stay here again! It's a great spot!!

The condo was wonderful. Everything was perfect and very clean. We were lucky enough to be the first folks to enjoy all brand new floors, cabinets and beds. The owners were extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Having a screened in porch was great in the evenings.

The location of the condo is perfect for those who love boating and a carefree get away. Our boat was docked steps away from our screened in porch that allowed us to be outside to eat and watch the harbor activity. The condo was nicely furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to have our own washer and dryer since our stay was 10 days. The condo was CLEAN. I especially appreciated that there were cleaning supplies available so we could clean up after ourselves daily. Bree and her family were very welcoming and quickly responded to any questions. We definitely will return to West Harbor.

My family booked two of the 4 condos and by opening the garage-like door separating the two screened in decks we could easily access each other's space. I always judge how clean a VRBO or AirBNB property is based on how clean the fridge is and this place was spotless! The dock space that comes with the property is literally right in front of the property making it easy to hop on and off our jet skis and boat. We will definitely be booking this again next year!

I was looking for a place I could park my boat and take advantage of Lake Erie. This condo provided that and a lot more. The owners are very customer-focused and it was a great trip!

My sisters and I were looking for a place to take our 83 year old dad. We are from Dayton, so it was an easy 3 hour drive. We saved a lot of money by eating at home. Super nice table to eat outside....brand new gas grill to cook on...we had the best meal of Fresh Walleye, Steaks from home and Asparagus!
Bill was outside when we pulled in...he is constantly around for questions and recommendations. Hooked us up with a fishing charter - 6 of us walked right out the door and onto the boat. That was super convenient!
The neighborhood/marina is safe and clean. There is a really nice grocery less than 2 miles away...as well as a wal-mart and a Kroger. Put in Bay Ferry was about a 10 min drive and perfect. With our Dad with us...this was an easy day trip. The best part was coming back to the Condo and relaxing and enjoying dinner with our Dad.
If you have a large group (7-8) - I would recommend to request the lower level condo - there is more room to sit around the outside patio table. But we really liked being on the second floor - the view is just perfect!

Bree was so helpful and kind. We loved the areas. It was quiet and relaxing. The property was very clean and well taken care of. My only negative is that we had no idea we had the top unit. The bottom ones were so much nicer with water access and sitting areas. We bought food to grill and brought it home navies the area was so inviting. Jealous that we didn’t get the waterfront lower level for sure!

Loved this cute condo. Buy 3 nights and 4th night was free. Loved sitting out on the porch and watching the boats go by. Owners were super friendly and great to work with.
