Tudo limpo e organizado, muito bem decorado e aconchegante. Diferente de se hospedar em um hotel, no flat Graça você se sente um morador de Lisboa. Tomávamos café da manha todos os em uma tasca vizinha ao flat, com o Sr. Osvaldo Costa e depiis caminhávamos pelas ladeiras para explorar a cidade.
Tudo ótimo.

Pleasant apartment well located in a street without too much traffic but close to transport without forgetting the little attentions and the kind messages of our host Patricia.
If we return to Lisbon, we will be sure to check the availability of the apartment.

We (family of four) had a fantastic stay in Flat Graca 48. Got the keys conveniently from a key lock outside the apartment. Was in contact with Patricia through WhatsApp several times during our stay and she was very attentive and helpful. She is providing a map with directions to recommended restaurants, cafés and places to visit. We had a very good dinner at Tabernario do Bairro (one of Patricia's recommendations) only a few minutes walk from the apartment. We were lucky enough to get a table without reservation but you had better plan ahead and make reservations. The apartment has everything you would need for a few days stay.
If we travel to Lisbon in the future we would love to stay at Flat Graca 48 again.
It's only one fairly small bathroom but it works.

This apartment was one of the most cosy places that I have been into! The host was easy to communicate and also when we entered the music and the lights were on so that we feel good. It has everything you need and it is very clean. I loved the terrace. Moreover the place is very creatively done with a lot of details. Highly recommend! 😊

The flat is cosy and very clean. The rooms are quite small but included everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped and even included items like coffee, a good selection of teas, salt and pepper, oil, which was a lovely touch!
The owner met us on arrival and is very helpful and friendly. She shared her mobile number with us in case we needed help with anything and she gave us some great recommendations including a map with sightseeing plans for different days. We used her suggestions and absolutely loved it - she thought of everything including good coffee shops and restaurants in different locations as well as recommending what tram/bus/train to take.
We will most certainly try to stay here again if we visit Lisbon in future.
The pillows were too soft and we did not find them comfortable. That is easy to fix, so there is really nothing to complain about.

cosy apartment. had everything - including teas, coffees, heaters, humidifier etc. good size for a family of three. the host was amazing, regularly in contact checking that all is ok. had really good recommendations for trips, restaurants etc.

Cozy and fully equipped apartment. Very very attentive host, always available. Patricia helped a lot and made my checkout really easy since I had a delay on my schedule. Great shower, confortable beds, clean and good kitchen equipment. It suits until 4 guests, even if it is 2 couples or one couple with kids. No surprises, the apartment is not less than what's described.
The location is close to some hot spots in Alfama and famous "miradouros" (400m to 850m away, with hills on your way) with nice views from the city. But public transportation is tricky to this area, if you go to other areas in the city center. Bolt will cost you 6/7€ to other downtown areas, 4€ to closer neighborhood if you ain't up for walking. Bus and tram are just a few and it will require walking through some tough hills. Distances are never big, hills are always on the way. A bit cold, but 2 heaters are provided.

The property is well equipped for everything you should need, and extremely clean. The two bedrooms are separate which was perfect for our group.

Great little apartment with really everything you need. Patricia is a great hostess. She generously equipped her apartment with everything you need for everyday use. In addition, everything was clean. The contact to the host was perfect.

The flat is well equipped with everything you need for a nice stay in Lisbon. The location is great and you can reach a lot of major sites in the city on foot. We used to walk down to Praca do Comercio or Cais do Sodre and come back to the flat with the Tram #28. There was also a guide provided by Patricia inside the apartment that really helped us organizing our days and she was always accessible when needed.
There was not really something i disliked.

A very clean and lovingly furnished flat with everything you could want (hairdryer, iron, etc.), located on the ground floor. The only downside was the dampness felt in the flat and the uneven mattress, otherwise everything excellent. Gladly again.

Our host Patricia is the most responsive and thoughtful host I've met. The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable for a long weekend in Lisbon. She provided a guide and map outlining all the key tourist info and key services near the apartment. So very helpful! The cozy apartment has so many fun touches. I kept noticing new things all weekend. Finally, Patricia kept checking in to see if we needed any assistance throughout our stay. Thank you so much Patricia!
Need a light in the front hallway. Futon That is the only improvement we can think of.

So cute and comfortable with everything we needed. Patrícia was a joy to interact with. she met us and walked through how to use everything in the apartment. When something was unknown to us (cultural differences), she was immediately available to us via a variety of apps. Graça was a wonderful place from which to explore the city. we’d definitely stay again!
Many smokers in the building so the hall outside the apartment smelled of smoke if that’s a problem for you.

The landlord is very lovely and helpful. We had a problem with the keys to the door, got in touch with the landlord and she was quick to come over and help us out. Turns out there's a trick with the door lock.
Beds are comfy. With my bad back I had a wonderful sleep.
An extra heater would be nice to have

Patricia was very warm and welcoming. She arranged an earlier check-in for us and gave us the information we needed. Furthermore, she regularly asked how we were doing and did her very best to accomodate our needs which we thought was very considerate of her! The flat was cosy and had everything we needed to eat and rest. Going to the city centre was practical with the tram and busstops in walking distance. The neighbourhood was lovely and we wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future.
The kitchen had the basics but could use some small extras like a pasta strainer (we four all were abit addicted to pasta), but we managed nonetheless as this was only a very minor thing. For those visiting, it is best to book a Uber/taxi from the airport or nearest metro stop as the flat is located quite high (with a beautifull view) and it's quite cheap this way. The double bed was great but the sleeping coach was a bit hard in the middle without an extra matras on top of it.

The apartment was cute and had everything we needed. It is very nicely decorated. Patricia also welcomed us and came to say goodbye, she was extremely nice.
It is a bit small for 4 people to move around the apartment, or for cooking in the kitchen.

Apartment of Patricia is really nice place and you can feel there like at home. She puts a lot of effort to decorate it and you can find there everything what you need to make your stay perfect. Patricia also kept in touch with me during all stay and she is an awesome host. Check in was super easy as well.

Great location in Graça; a very lively area with lots of cool bars, rooftops and amazing local restaurants. Also very close to historic Alfama and the Castel San Jorge. Patricia was also an amazing and accommodating host.

Well equipped, loads of information in the flat and good value for money
Everything was fine, however the flat is at the top of a steep road so could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Wasn't a problem for us though as we like a good walk

Good location, not far from city centre and not far from the airport which suited up for a short stay. Everything you need is here and more. Cosy place, very nice .
