Vivacity is just below the apartment.
Very comfortable if bring family.. coz the space is so big.. feel like home.. can cook also..

strategic location above the mall with parking lot allocated for. quiet stay and basic necessities available in unit. Leslie from management was responsive and courteous as well. Smooth check in and check out process.

The location was great and the host gave very comprehensive instructions for check-in and check-out. There was also a parking provided and the property is connected to a new-ish mall within the city.
We suspected the sheets were not changed as we could see stains and hair, and the towels smelled of damp. We also noticed before we went to bed that pillows given were full of mouldy spots. We ended up leaving the next day and booked a hotel nearby instead. The host was very understanding of our concerns and refunded us. One thing I do want to note is that if you have valuables, there isn't any safe and the building isn't as secured since there are a lot of homestay guests and no one was checking identification throughout the process.

Checking in procedure was easy. The location is good. There is a big mall with many shops. A very good and clean massage opposite the mall called Attiya.
The apartment size is good. It has good condition aircons and fan. WiFi is strong.
Shower gel and bath towels are provided.
The apartment sofa was dirty. There are no cups for hot beverage.
The water pressure was extremely low in both showers. No shampoo or hand soap in toilets.
There are no side tables in bedrooms. I had back ache after sleeping on the mattress first night. My husband had back ache after second night. Extra pillows given were soiled and without covers.

The apartment was furnished but quite worn. The TV was a 'free' internet system hacking into pay tv and did not work well losing a signal after a short time so not useable. Cleaning and linen replacement only happened once and we were charged to provide it. We booked a weekly service which we would pay for but did not turn up.

The place was clean, the facilities are complete/functioning, very suitable for family/bussiness trip and the location is the best for food/shopping. Easy to park your car as the parking is provided. Haven't really got the chance to try the pool and gym. Also, the security was helpful.
Overall, the place exceeded my expectations!!
Some minor maintenance is required.
