The place is clean and has been renovated. The host is very careful and always responsive. Location is very convenient to explore Tbilisi down town.

Some maintenance is needed. There is a bad smell coming out from the bathroom all the time. Room walls are very thing so you can here some noise in the night until 11 pm coming from the bar in the other side.

One of the best places we have stayed in 2 months in Georgia. Loads of space with everything you need, very central location but also in a quiet courtyard. Really beautiful space as well.

the apartment was very stylish, beautiful, clean, spacious ... simply amazing. and the kitchen was really cool. really a fabulous apartment. it is situated in the very centre of tbilisi, just a few minutes walk from liberty square. there is excellent communication with the owner. and the homekeeper - your neighbour - is really helpful.

your only ''window'' is the entrance glass wall with a glass door from the yard. there is a curtain of course. but with the curtain you get no day light. the yard in front of your apartment is a common place for many families living in the block of the buildings around. they sit and talk next to your door all day long. the yard is full of people during the day but is totally quiet during the night. you hear everything from outside and they hear everything from your inside. that is, in the morning you will hear a lot of noise, on the other hand, at night you must be silent as a mouse in your apartment or you would wake up the whole block - they sleep with the windows opened. i didnt mind it that much for 2 days but for some of you it might be a good advice :)

Location is really great, near lots of bars and restaurants, but also very calm at night. We had very authentic experience as we were living in the small garden, where locals are living. People there are friendly and helpful. Fully satisfied with the experience there.

Very nice Appartement in perfect location. Host Tina is a very heartwarming person. A friendly and cute cat visits every day. We loved it and will definitely come back if we come back to Georgia one day.

This is the second time I visit Tbilisi and the second time I stayed in Tiflis Hut! The place is lovely, the owner is amazing, kind, helpful and the area around the house it is just the city center! Location is perfect!

it was fully equipped with amenities. the property is clean and accessible to most of the landmarks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafés, money exchange centers,…… everything is new and the interior has a cohesive aesthetic. most of the time it is solemnly quiet. the area feels safe and the neighbors are very friendly and pleasant.

we just had an issue with the water heater. but that was resolved by the host immediately. only microwave is missing but it depends on personal preferences
