Great location Lots of outdoor space

It needs some updating. Broken cabinets, fridge drawer, microwave. Very limited bakeware/mugs etc. needs some deep cleaning. Air conditioning very dirty, sheets didn’t seem to have been cleaned or changed. Not sure if washing machine worked. Leak under the sink. Bathrooms dirty

Location, kitchen, bathrooms and decks, riding bicycle s and downtown.

Poor maintenance, no towels, broken screen door and umbrella on deck, broken rusted bicycles, dirty air conditioning filters, smoke detector batteries expired and beeping, no screen on fireplace, mildew on fabric chairs in kitchen, and could not find labeled cart by ferry terminal in Seaview.

Two level house with two great upper decks to sit out on with partial water views. Steep stairs to great to second level of house which is the kitchen living room area. While there are four bedrooms they are not very shareable for adult friends, shareable for couples are for kids. We were three friends so we had lots of room and loved the house, close to Seaview market and Bayside. We had a great stay with access to bikes, good kitchen and comfy bedrooms. We loved our stay!

Its a bit of a buggy mosquitoville as it is on a wetland part of the Island. So come prepared with bug repellent and keep doors and windows closed. I wore pats and sleeves on the decks at night as added protection.
