Excellent location, staff couldn't be more helpful
The property could do with some updating. Whilst it's spotlessly clean, I can see it was state of the art 10 years ago, but now, the duvet and pillow is very lumpy, the fan doesn't work and the grouting in bathroom could do with refreshing.

Location was perfect, nice and close to everything needed. Christopher was an amazing host. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful guest house! The staff member was very friendly and accommodating. He ensured we got to take breakfast and a snack even though we were running late. This was much appreciated! The location is excellent, close to many shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at 38 Manor over the Ironman weekend. Fantastic location. Christopher was extremely welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy and breakfast was absolutely delicious.

great place! arrived very late and on short notice but could still checkin. The breakfast is great and the room was comfy

The staff were great, and the building itself is beautiful and well located.
The room. The fan didn't work, the aircon didn't work, the room was small and dated with no view. I didn't feel it was worth the money and I was so disappointed as I went there for my 1 year wedding anniversary. I saw some of the other rooms which were beautiful, nothing compared to mine which I was told was an "upgrade". I wasn't happy.
