Lo único positivo del alojamiento es la ubicación al lado de la estación de tren para hacer el recorrido de Cinque Terre.
Instalaciones que dejan mucho que desear.
La habitación estaba limpia eso sí, y de tamaño no estaba mal, pero el baño tenía una ducha enana, se caía el mango de la ducha, se agotaba el agua caliente con solo una ducha ( no podíamos ducharnos dos personas).
Mucho ruido por la noche del calentador de agua.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che il servizio pulizie giornaliero non fosse garantito dalla struttura se non a pagamento, mai successo in altre strutture... questo è un servizio che andrebbe migliorato, per garantire pulizia della camera e del bagno e pattumiere vuote durante tutto il soggiorno... siamo arrivati il martedì e andati via la domenica... l'unico giorno di riordino è stato solo il venerdì! inoltre appena arrivati abbiamo trovato capelli nel cassetto del phon e la signora delle pulizie è entrata in camera solo per ripulire il cassetto il giorno dopo. Abbiamo pagato tanto e sotto questo punto di vista ci aspettavamo di più

The location was perfect..so close to the train station.
The communication by phone/Whats App was excellent..very responsive
The room was very comfortable.
The fellow who greeted us there was in a huge hurry..didn't explain very much as he appeared to be in a hurry.
The shower was very tiny..we fit but an obese person would have problems.
No coffee or tea and no microwave. Refrigerator did not keep cold.

cozy room very convenient with easy 2min walk to the train station, great location for exploring Cinque Terre by train, also just a short walk into La Spezia centre with all its restaurants, cafès and attractions / the friendly helpfull host welcomes you / the nice room offers everything you need, Grazie mille

Great location, right next to the train station, perfect for traveling to Cinque Terre and also pretty good for visiting/eating in La Spezia.

We only stayed for 3 days, but it would've been nice to have the room cleaned/tea replaced and so on, also coffee would also be a great addition, but I'm just nitpicking.

We came to La Spezia to visit Cinque Terre and Porto Venere, so we had to travel a lot by bus and train. The hotel is located just 2-3 minutes walk from the central station and the bus to Porto Venere just starts from the bus stop before the building. The city centre and the harbour are also really close to the hotel. The hotel itself is super clean, nice and the manager is really helpful. We’ve loved staying here! :)
The bathroom was a little bit small and we can’t hang out our towels and swimwears. So it would be great if they put a small dripping-board in every room.

We had a really nice stay in Le Camere Di Teo. The apartment was clean, big enough for two and the aircondition worked well. We were allowed to do a self check in with good instructions from Alexander. The communication with him was OK. La Spezia is a perfect spot to stay when you want to visit the Cinque Terre by train. The apartment was next to the station and close to the city center.
Tip: Buy the traintickets with the app Trainline to avoid the huge que at the station in the morning.

Excellent location 3min walking from the La Spezia Central Station. Extremely convenient for those who are visiting all the nearby Cinque Terre locations. La Spezia is also a very nice place to stay.
A bigger WC would have been better.

Pros:
Clean in the room and bathroom.
Clean bedding and towels.
Recently renovated, the walls and furniture, TV, cooler, sanitary ware in the bathroom look good.
The owner was punctual, polite and kind, responded to our requests via phone, Whatsapp, etc.
AC of good quality and silent - Mitsubishi. I did not use it at night, not yet very hot in the room.
Close to central railway station, 5 min walk.
On the ground floor is a fairly stocked Doro market and with decent prices.
Many restaurants in the area, you have where to choose from.
Cons:
The bed mattress too soft for us, the thing of taste.
Smell of sewage in the bathroom, especially in the evening and at night - there are air fresheners in the bathroom and room to mitigate the effect..
Small, crowded bathroom. Small shower cabin (approx. 80x80 cm).
Hot water is made with a small capacity boiler, so you have to take the shower on the run or with frequent stops.
The bathroom door does not close very well from the first, it must be insisted.
The cooler in the room is a little bit noisy at night although it is new, for someone with light sleep it can be a problem, we have removed it from the socket.

Very nice location close to station, good for visiting cinque terre. Spacious and pretty room, everything was modern and clean.
Shower drain was blocked and we had to stop the shower every minute so the water would not go over the edge.

Good location. You can be in the city centre in a few minutes. The room was clean and everything was provided for a short stay. The best part was balcony although it has a view to the inner side of the building.
Breakfast is provided with vouchers and it includes only a cup of coffee, a croissant and juice (if it can be called so). So we needed second breakfast after an hour:)

We booked this last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Great location close to the station. Room was really nice and clean. We did self check in.
Breakfast was free so no problem but it was just a small coffee and pastry from a cafe round the corner.
